DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Bindley Western Ind., Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded an $8,110,000 firm-fixed-price contract for pharmaceuticals under the Vendor Managed Inventory program. Seventy-four proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Nashville, Tenn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 22, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO200-96-D-7019).

ARMY

Camber Corp., Huntsville, Ala., was awarded on Dec. 22, 1999, a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with a cumulative total of $63,346,081. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity task order contract for engineering and program support services for the Program Executive Office for Ground Combat Support Systems. An appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each task order. Work will be performed at the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2000. There was an announcement on the World Wide Web on Aug. 5, 1999, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-00-D-M001).

General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., Sterling Heights, Mich., was awarded on Dec. 22, 1999, a $29,296,215 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAE07-98-C-N002, to exercise the option to incorporate 136 sets of vehicle material in support of Abrams Integrated Management vehicles for the 21st century. Work will be performed in Lima, Ohio (77%); Scranton, Pa. (20%); and Muskegon, Mich. (3%), and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2000. Of the total contract funds, $29,296,215 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 23, 1998. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.

Sanders, Nashua, N.H., is being awarded a $1,964,260 increment as part of a $7,100,000 firm-fixed-price contract for 17 Missile Warning Systems (AN/ALQ-156), spares, manuals and

training for the country of Greece. Work will be performed in Nashua, N.H., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Sept. 24, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The U.S. Army Communications & Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (DAAB07-00-C-A005).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Missiles & Fire Control-Dallas, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $102,450,000 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAH01-99-C-0121 for 45 Army Tactical Missile System (Army TACMS) Block II/BAT (Brilliant Anti-Armor Submunition) Missile Systems, 3 Block II/BAT Test Missiles, 2 Tactical BATS and 4 Instrumented BATS, material fielding team support and auxiliary hardware. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas (99%) and Horizon City, Texas (1%), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 30, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Feb. 24, 1999. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill., was awarded on Dec. 22, 1999, a $33,368,614 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract, F33657-98-C-0037-P00006, to provide for 15 AN/ALQ-135 Band 1.5 Internal Countermeasures Sets applicable to the F-15 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 30, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

The Boeing Company, Wichita, Kan., is being awarded a $108,842,250 cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide engineering and manufacturing development for the Avionics Midlife Improvement program in support of the B-52 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2004. Solicitation issue date was June 30, 1999. Negotiation completion date was Nov. 3, 1999. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-00-C-0022).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $7,842,734 option to a cost-plus-award-fee contract, F04701-96-C-0023-P00058, to provide for launch operations support, deferred testing, and launch vehicle integration of the DSCS III B11 Satellite. Expected contract completion date is March 31, 2001. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, Calif., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., King of Prussia, Pa., is being awarded a $25,617,856 option to a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract, F04701-89-C-0073-P00216, to provide for Launch Operations Support, On-Orbit Operations, and Satellite Storage at Cape Canaveral Air Station, Fla., and Schriever AFB, Colo. Expected contract completion date is December 2000. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles AFB, Calif., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $19,710,508 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract, F42630-99-C-0195-P00004, to provide for aircrew training, and maintenance and support of courseware and simulators in support of the C-130 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is September 2000. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity.
