ARMY

Hellfire Systems Limited Liability Co., Orlando, Fla., is being awarded an $11,998,772 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAH01-90-C-0323, to exercise the option for 200 HELLFIRE II Missiles, for Greece. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 21, 1999. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Systran Federal Corporation, Dayton, Ohio, is being awarded a $7,055,683 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for research and development support in the areas of chemistry, physics, polymers, metallurgy, ceramics, evaluation and mechanics in support of the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate. There were 22 firms solicited and three proposals received. Expected contract completion date is June 2003. Solicitation issue date was September 1999; negotiations were completed February 2000. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F3361-99/C-5803).
