DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY

ITT Federal Services International Corporation, Colorado Springs, Colo., is being awarded an indefinite delivery requirements contract to operate and maintain a voice switching, data routing, and local distribution network linking U.S. forces base camps located in Hungary, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Croatia supporting the Stabilization Force (SFOR) mission. The estimated value of the contract over its two-year base and three one-year option periods is $74,215,305. Contract will be awarded with no funds obligated. A delivery order will be issued concurrently with award that will obligate $15,000,000. Subsequent individual delivery orders will be issued providing operation and maintenance (O&M) funds as requirements are identified. This award contains no FMS requirements. The requirement was solicited and awarded on a full and open competition basis in which 13 offerors were solicited and four offers were received. The contracting office is the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Europe (DITCO-Europe), Sembach, Germany (DCA400-00-D-0003).

NAVY

Rockwell Collins Government Systems, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $10,319,215 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-00-C-0115 to exercise an option for the fiscal year 2000 production of 211 AN/ARC-210(V) Electronic Protection Radio Systems (22 RT-1556B/ARC; 23 RT-1747D/ARC; 16 RT-1824C/ARC and 150 RT-1794(C)/ARC radios and ancillary equipment). This option includes engineering, technical, and logistic production support services. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa (80%), and Coralville, Iowa (20%), and is expected to be completed by December 2002. Contract funds in the amount of $2,603,392 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (166 systems), the U.S. Air Force (33 systems), and the U.S. Army (12 systems). The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Landmark Construction Corp.*, Lakewood, Wash., is being awarded a $9,878,026 firm-fixed-price contract for whole site repair and revitalization of 160 units in the Maylor Capehart housing area at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Work includes interior and exterior renovations including parking improvements, removing carports and providing new garages, utility improvements, window replacements, interior finish treatments, kitchen and bath renovations, etc. Work will be performed in Oak Harbor, Wash., and is expected to be completed by October 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 15 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Engineering Field Activity, Northwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Poulsbo, Wash., is the contracting activity (N44255-97-C-5515).
