AIR FORCE

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., was awarded on May 3, 2000 a $227,000,000 (not-to-exceed) firm-fixed-price contract to provide for three F-15E aircraft and options for up to two additional aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Nov. 30, 2002. Solicitation issue date was Feb 23, 2000. Negotiation completion date was April 28, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-00-C-0013).

McDonnell Douglas Corp., Long Beach, Calif., was awarded on May 2, 2000, a $20,318,920 modification fixed-price-incentive contract to provide for incorporation of Global Air Traffic Management system installation into the production effort for fifty (C-17 aircraft (aircraft P71 through P120). Expected contract completion date is November 2004. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-96-C-2059-P00089).

NAVY

Blinderman Construction Company, Inc., Deerfield, Ill., is being awarded a $12,893,000 firm-fixed-price contract for whole house revitalization of military family housing at Forrestal Village, Naval Training Center, Great Lakes. This project consists of design, construction and revitalization of up to 101 housing units and improvements to associated infrastructure. Work will be performed in Great Lakes, Ill., and is expected to be completed by May 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 24 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Engineering Field Activity, Midwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Great Lakes, Ill., is the contracting activity (N68950-00-C-0209).

Digital Wizards, Inc., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $9,956,013 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing arrangement to support the research, analysis, design, documentation, configuration management and engineering support related to continued development, procurement, production, modification, maintenance, and use of the Data Link Test Tools and Gateway System. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by May 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N66001-00-D-5022).

ARMY DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

Logica Carnegie Group, Pittsburgh, Pa., is being awarded $1,887,942 as part of a $7,951,492 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for system architectural support for the Joint Forces Air Component Commander to include design engineering, experimentation, technological advocacy and program information and project management. Work will be performed in Pittsburgh, Pa., and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Feb. 29, 2000. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (MDA972-00-C-0034).
