AIR FORCE

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $98,758,455 option to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 25 kits to upgrade the APG-63(v)1 radar system applicable to the F-15 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 31, 2002. Solicitation issue date was May 14, 1998. Negotiation completion date was June 24, 1999. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-98-C-0012-P00004).

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $70,513,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 15 navigation pods, 15 targeting pods, and associated spares in support of the Low Altitude Navigation Targeting for Night (LANTIRN) system. This effort supports foreign military sales to Egypt. Expected contract completion date is Feb. 28, 2002. Negotiation completion date was May 31, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-98-D-2046-0002).

Tetra Tech, Inc., Pasadena, Calif., is being awarded a $40,000,000 (estimated) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Tetra Tech is one of twelve contractors participating in a program to provide professional architect-engineer services through June 2007 to perform preliminary assessment through remedial design and other services in support of environmental remediation activities at locations worldwide. The total program maximum value is $480,000,000. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Delivery orders will be awarded pursuant to criteria enumerated in the contracts. The Air Force can award delivery orders to all twelve participating contractors totaling up to the total program maximum value of $480,000,000. The maximum amount for any individual contract is $200,000,000. Expected contract completion date is June 2007. The 311th Human Systems Wing, Brooks AFB, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41624-00-D-8029).

ARMY

Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded a $41,469,407 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAE07-95-C-X057, for 235 Heavy Equipment Mobility Tactical Trucks (various units) for Israel. Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wis., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on June 26, 1995. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.

Fenn Manufacturing Co., Division of United Dominion Industries, Newington, Conn., is being awarded a $5,746,884 definitization as part of a $19,142,884 firm-fixed-price contract, adding new work for AH-64 Apache helicopters. Work will be performed in Newington, Conn., and is expected to be completed by July 10, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 7, 2000. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-00-C-0090).

Raytheon Co. dba Raytheon Systems Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded $4,724,676 as part of a $12,900,000 firm-fixed-price with performance adjustment contract, for TOW Improved Target Acquisition System Interim Contractor Support/Contractor Logistics Support. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas (65%); Dallas, Texas (2%); Ontario, Canada (1%); Burlington, Mass. (7%); Plano, Texas (2%); Fort Bragg, N.C. (22%), and the country of Luxembourg (1%), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 9, 1999. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-00-C-0076).

TRW Inc., Systems & Information Technology Group, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $6,928,987 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Hunter unmanned aerial vehicle payload hardware and software modification kits. Work will be performed in Sierra Vista, Ariz. (80%), and San Diego, Calif. (20%), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-00-C-0003).

NAVY

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $30,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for CH-60S Helicopter Airborne Mine Counter Measures development and test support. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in May 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Fla., is the contracting activity (N61331-00-D-0028).

Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Va., is being awarded a $12,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract option for Naval architectural and engineering support services for the future Carriers Program Office (PMS 378). Work will be performed in Newport News, Va., and is expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-99-C-2100).

Alenia Aerospazio, Torino, Italy, is being awarded a $12,650,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the radar upgrade to the avionics maintenance trainer, device 11H94. Work will be performed in Tampa, Fla. (75%) and Torino, Italy (25%), and is expected to be completed in February 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity (N61339-00-C-0064).

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to support delivery of 64 Standoff Land Attack Missile - Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) All-Up-Rounds (AURs) in various configurations and 64 Automatic Target Acquisition kits. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo. (59%); Clearwater, Fla. (16.6%); Melbourne, Fla. (7.9%); Middletown, Conn. (5.2%); and at various sites across the United States (11.3), and is expected to be completed in December 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-00-C-0290).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Tennier Industries, Inc.*, Pomona, N.Y., is being awarded a $16,528,241 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity type contract for camouflage cold weather parkas and camouflage cold weather trousers. One hundred forty-one proposals were solicited and three were received. Work will be performed in Oneida, Tenn.; Huntsville, Tenn.; Sunbright, Tenn.; and Rockwood, Tenn., and is expected to be completed May 30, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. Tennessee Apparel Corp.*, Tullahoma, Tenn., is being awarded an $11,732,188 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for camouflage cold weather parkas and desert camouflage cloth and cut/make trim of parka. One hundred forty-one proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Tullahoma, Tenn.; Whitwell, Tenn.; Sparta, Tenn.; and Knoxville, Tenn., and is expected to be completed by May 30, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.
