NAVY

Raytheon Systems Company, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $107,550,298 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-98-C-5364 for management and engineering services to complete three additional flight test rounds and testing as port of the Aegis Lightweight Exo-Atmospheric Projectile /Standard Missile-3 Interceptor programs. The work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by December 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Reinhart Foodservice, Inc., Oak Creek, Wis., is being awarded a $16,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution under the Prime Vendor program. Work is expected to be completed by June 11, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-96-D-2906).

ARMY

Alliant Techsystems Inc., Hopkins, Minn., was awarded on June 9, 2000, a $10,067,490 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAE30-97-C-1008, for production of M830A1 HEAT-MP-T Tank Cartridges (120 mm). Work will be performed in: Hopkins, Minn. (35%); Lancaster, Pa. (13%); Middletown, Iowa (10%); Radford, Va. (6%); Chaxhassen, Minn. (16%); Louisville, Ky. (1%); Cocobella, Calif. (2%); Toone, Tenn. (1%); Cicero, Ill. (1%), with13% for miscellaneous material and 2% for travel, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 1, 2000. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., is the contracting activity.
