DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

MDV/Nash Finch, Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for full line food distribution. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 17, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-00-D-2960).

On Aug. 10, Enron Energy Services, Inc., Houston, Texas, was awarded a $14,838,041 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas. Four hundred ninety proposals were solicited and thirty were received. Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2002, and will be performed at the Bureau of Prisons, FCI McKean, Pa., Defense Supply Center, Ohio, NETC Great Lakes & Ft. Sheridan, Ill., U.S. Railroad Retirement Board, Ill., DFAS Columbus, Ohio, and Nellis AFB, Nev. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-00-D-7614).

Premier Enterprises, LLC*, Aurora, Colo., was awarded a $9,824,828 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas. Four hundred ninety proposals were solicited and thirty were received. Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2002, and will be performed in Fort Hood, Texas, Sheppard AFB, Texas, Goodfellow AFB, Texas, Dyess AFB, Texas and Schriever AFB, Colo. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-00-D-7604).

ARMY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $1,100,000 increment as part of a $6,600,000 (base year total) cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, with an estimated cumulative total of $9,615,534, for Joint Theater Logistics Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (JTL ACTD). Work will be performed in Manassas, Va., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was a broad agency announcement on Nov. 22, 1999, and 27 bids were received. The U.S. Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca, Fort Huachuca, Ariz., is the contracting activity (DABT63-00-C-1018).

NAN Inc., dba Ocean House Builders, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $16,435,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the Hawaii Army National Guard's Regional Training Institute. The project includes construction of five buildings for education, administration, billeting, multi-purpose dining, a multi-purpose auditorium and courtyard, as well as a training and parade field, parking lots and improved roadways. Work will be performed in Bellows, Oahu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by July 15, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 40 bids solicited on April 28, 2000, and 12 bids were received. The National Guard Bureau, Oahu, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (DAHA50-00-C-0001).
