ARMY

AM General Corp., AM General Division Headquarters, South Bend, Ind., is being awarded a firm-fixed-price contract in the amount of $191,866,379, with an estimated cumulative total of $2,381,229,105 if all options are exercised, for High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV), with associated kits, plus training and field service representative support. Work will be performed in Mishawaka, St. Joseph, Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-S001).

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $39,525,834 modification to firm-fixed-price multi-year contract DAAJ09-97-C-0005, for six Black Hawk UH-60L helicopters, technical publications, system engineering, project management, and flight safety parts program. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 17, 1995. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

MEVATEC Corp.*, Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded $482,588 as part of a not-to-exceed $15,071,454 indefinite quantity/task order contract for Omnibus 2000 Program programmatic support services. Work will be performed at Redstone Arsenal, Ala., and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2005. There were four bids solicited on Aug. 18, 2000, and four bids were received. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-00-D-0020).

Sigmatech Inc.*, Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded $212,360 as part of a not-to-exceed $6,659,781 indefinite quantity/task order contract for Omnibus 2000 Program programmatic support services. Work will be performed at Redstone Arsenal, Ala., and is expected to be completed by May 15, 2005. There were four bids solicited on Aug. 18, 2000, and four bids were received. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-00-D-0022).

AIR FORCE

McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $23,300,000 (not-to-exceed) firm-fixed-price contract to provide for long lead components, parts, and material in support of the acquisition of five F-15E aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Aug. 31, 2004. Negotiation completion date was Nov. 1, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. NAVY

Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Va., is being awarded a $14,478,468 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract N00024-99-C-2104 to conduct development and design studies supporting the Virginia class submarine program. Work will be performed in Newport News, Va., and is expected to be completed by December 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $8,777,961 modification to previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract N00024-00-C-5399 for the production of FY 00 Standard Missile-2 Block IV spare steering control units, booster assemblies, and thrust vectoring actuators. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by December 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

East Coast Lumber Company, Inc.*, Climax, N.C., is being awarded a $13,199,500 fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity contract for lumber and related products. Three hundred proposals were solicited and seven were received. Work will be performed in Atlanta, Ga., Dallas, Texas, Hot Springs, Ark., Union City, Ga., Sylva, N.C., Graham, N.C., Waldron, Ark., Moundville, Ala., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 5, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0500-01-D-DB01).

Buie Forest Products, Inc.*, Boerne, Texas, is being awarded a $8,467,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity contract for lumber and related products. Three hundred proposals were solicited and seven were received. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Va., Eloy, Ariz., Eugene, Ore., Renton, Wash., West Point, Va., Jacksonville, Fla., Opelousas, La., Englewood, Colo., Halstead, Kan., Ogden, Utah, San Antonio, Texas, Portland, Ore., Tacoma, Wash., Boise, Idaho and is expected to be completed by Feb. 5, 2002.
