Lockheed Martin Logistics Services, Greenville, S.C., is being awarded a $338,000,000 fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract to function as a supply and distribution manager for logistics support to depot maintenance facilities and worldwide customers. There were 22 proposals solicited and one received. Work is expected to be completed by January 2004. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0400-01-D-9401).
Milcare Inc., Zeeland, Mich., is being awarded a $10,000,000 modification to firm-fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for an integrated modular medical support system. There were 28 proposals solicited and one received. Work is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-99-D-8001).
TRW, Inc., San Bernardino, Calif., was awarded on Dec. 28 a $78,283,728 modification to an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for advisory and assistance services and system engineering and technical assistance for the Rocket System Launch program supporting the Launch Test Program office at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M. At this time, $4,850,460 of the contract funds have been obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. The Air Force can award delivery orders totaling up the maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than this amount. The work is expected to be completed December 2005. There was one proposal received. Solicitation began July 2000; negotiations were completed December 2000. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-00/D-0203).
Boeing Military Aircraft, Wichita, Kan., was awarded on Dec. 28 a $30,000,000 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for calendar year 2001 sustaining engineering services for the B-52 aircraft. The work is expected to be completed December 2001. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (F34601-98/C-0006, P00046).

Nova Group, Inc., Napa, Calif., is being awarded a $27,488,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of fuel tanks and replacement of petroleum oil and lubricants hydrant fueling system at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Work will be performed in Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, and is expected to be completed by September 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 57 proposals solicited and three offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific Division, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-00-C-1339).
Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc., Vienna, Va., is being awarded a task order 0052 at $5,068,970 under a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity construction contract for Airfield Improvements at Naval Air Station Oceana. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Va., and is expected to be completed by October 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The basic contract was competitively procured with 97 proposals solicited and 13 offers received, and award made to Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. on 18 March 1997. Amount of the total basic contract, awarded in fiscal year 1997, is not to exceed $100,000,000, which includes the base period and four one-year options. This task order was negotiated under the terms and conditions of the existing contract.
