DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Alon USA, L.P.*, Dallas, Texas, is being awarded a $45,850,405 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for jet fuel. Work will be performed in Wichita Falls, Texas, and Tye, Texas, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-0482).

Diamond Shamrock Refining Company, L.P., San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $31,643,672 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for jet fuel. Work will be performed in Three Rivers, Texas, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-0467).

United Refining Company, Warren, Pa., is being awarded a $5,524,400 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for jet fuel. Work is expected to be completed by March 31, 2002. Equilon Enterprises, LLC, Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $382,946,757 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for naval distillate fuel and turbine fuel. Work will be performed in Deer Park, Texas, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-0484).

ARMY

General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., Sterling Heights, Mich., is being awarded a delivery order amount of $38,570,372 as part of a firm-fixed-price contract for 135 sets of vehicle material in support of the Abrams Integrated Manufacturing Production Year-Four program requirements. Work will be performed at the Lima Army Tank Plant, Lima, Ohio (77%); in Scranton, Pa. (20%); and Muskegon, Mich. (3%), and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2003. Of the total contract funds, $33,056,837 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on June 1, 2000. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-G-N001).

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $6,977,400 modification to firm-fixed-price contract N00383-99-D-016N, to overhaul 50 UH-60 Black Hawk main rotor blades. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Aug. 30, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 30, 1999. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

Hurley & Associates*, Mt. Airy, Md., was awarded on March 12, 2001, an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with an estimated cumulative value of $6,000,000. An appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order. The contractor will provide architectural/engineering services for roof/aerial infrared scanning for engineered management system inspection at sites both in and outside of the continental United States at U.S. military installations. Work will be performed at various locations inside and outside of the United States, and is expected to be completed by March 12, 2003. This is a sole source contract initiated on Dec. 8, 2000. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DACA87-01-D-0004).

Bradford Roof Management*, Billings, Mont., was awarded on March 12, 2001, an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with an estimated cumulative value of $6,000,000. An appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order. The contractor will provide architectural/engineering services for the development and maintenance of the Roofer Engineered Management System at sites both inside and outside of the United States at U.S. military installations. Work will be performed at various locations inside and outside of the United States and is expected to be completed by March 12, 2003. This is a sole source contract initiated on Dec. 8, 2000. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DACA87-01-D-0005).

NAVY

CASS Services, L.L.C., Oklahoma City, Okla., is being awarded a $16,454,615 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to remanufacture, refurbishment and repair of AM-2 Landing Mat and accessories for the Marine Expeditionary Air Force (EAF). AM-2 matting is used to create landing spaces/runways for Marine aircraft in remote locations. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Okla., and is expected to be completed by December 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $386,966 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by electronic request for proposals with 11 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335-01-D-0043).

Teledyne Electronic Technologies, Rancho Cordova, Calif., is being awarded a $9,925,763 firm-fixed-price contract for 281 Band 7 electron tubes in support of EA-6B aircraft. Work will be performed in Rancho Cordova, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2004. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with two proposals solicited and one offer received. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-01-C-B010).

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $9,056,966 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-00-C-0307) to exercise an option for engineering and manufacturing development for the Advanced Multi-Purpose Color Display for use on the F/A-18C/D and AV-8B platforms. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, N.M. (61%) and St. Louis, Mo. (39%), and is expected to be completed by December 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin, Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded a $7,875,000 undefinitized contract modification (with a ceiling of $10,500,000 at definitization) for a back-fill Phase Array Antenna for USS Cole (DDG 67). Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J., and is expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. The Navy Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-97-C-5178).
