Lockheed Martin, Management and Data Systems, Philadelphia, Pa., is being awarded a $30,712,000 ceiling-priced letter contract for the design, development, and production to modify the United States Navy Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System for use on the United Kingdom ASTUTE Class Submarine for the Government of the United Kingdom under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in King of Prussia, Pa. (39.4%); Manassas, Va. (23.5%); Dahlgren, Va. (13.7%); Cherry Hill, N.J. (1%); and the United Kingdom (22.4%); and is expected to be completed in August 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon E-Systems, Inc., Falls Church, Va., is being awarded an $11,202,337 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee plus award-fee contract (N00019-98-C-0190) to modify the Tactical Control System Block 1/2 Software Development. The Tactical Control System will provide the military services with a single Unmanned Aerial Vehicle mission planning, command and control, data processing, and dissemination system for operation of the Medium Altitude Endurance and tactical family of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The estimated level of effort for this option is 92,708 man-hours. Work will be performed in Falls Church, Va. (88%), and Dahlgren, Va. (12%), and is expected to be completed in October 2003. ITT Corp, Clifton, N.J., is being awarded a $13,437,583 (Ceiling) firm-fixed-price, time and materials requirements contract to provide for the upgrade of the AN/ALQ-172(V)2 Electronic Countermeasures System to the Electronic Countermeasures Improvement configuration on the B-52H aircraft. The contract requires the delivery of 12 aircraft install kits, five spare kits, one AN/ALM-252 Hot Mock-Up Upgrade, one integrated support station upgrade, one semi-automatic test station upgrade, one weapon system trainer upgrade, and associated data. At this time $13,638,200 of the funds have been obligated. Negotiations on this contract were completed June 2001 and work is to be finished by August 2003.
