DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

IBM Global Government Industry, Boulder, Colo., is being awarded a $250,000,000 firm-fixed-price with indefinite-quantity type contract for Digital Imaging Network - Picture Archiving and Communications Systems for Tri-Services in Virginia and other federal agencies. The contract is exercising its fourth year option. Work will be performed in Houston, Texas. Performance completion date is expected to be Nov. 19, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were originally 65 proposals solicited, and five had responded. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-97-R-8002).

AGFA Corp., Ridgefield Park, N.J., is being awarded a $250,000,000 firm-fixed-price with indefinite-quantity type contract for Digital Imaging Network - Picture Archiving and Communications Systems for Tri-Services in Virginia and other federal agencies. The contract is exercising its fourth year option. Work will be performed in Teterboro, N.J. Performance completion date is expected to be Nov. 19, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were originally 65 proposals solicited, and five had responded. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-98-D-8701).

Boeing Helicopter, Ridley Park, Pa., is being awarded a $55,632,063 fixed-price with economic price adjustment type contract for helicopter items for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army. The term of this contract is a base period of three years, with provisions for seven one-year option periods. There was one proposal solicited, and one response received. This contract is for 733 items, all of which have Acquisition Management System Control codes, which identify the items as sole source items of cage 77272. This is a requirements type corporate contract with a total estimated dollar value of $185,440,209 (base plus all option years). Performance completion date is expected to be Oct. 19, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0400-02-D-9401).

Coastal Pacific Food Distributors Inc.*, Stockton, Calif., is being awarded a $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price with indefinite-quantity type contract for prime vendor full line food distribution for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force in Yokosuka, Japan. This contract represents the invocation of the third one-year option. Performance completion date is expected to be Dec. 13, 2002. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. No new proposals were solicited. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP300-02-D-2961).

AIR FORCE

ITT Industries Inc., Colorado Springs, Colo., is being awarded a $5,093,525 (not-to-exceed) requirement contract modification to provide for organization level maintenance of the command and control switching system at Headquarters Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va. The contractor will provide personnel on-site to maintain the switch. Work includes on-site operations and maintenance, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, moderate installation, removal and replacement of lowest replaceable units to restore switch operations. At this time, no funds have been obligated. The contractor will perform this effort at Fort Belvoir, Va. The Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42600-01-D-0035, P0001).
