NAVY

Raytheon Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $29,731,108 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-00-D-0275) for the remanufacture of 22 Tomahawk missiles to the Block IIIC configuration for the government of the United Kingdom under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (52%); Salt Lake City, Utah (23%); Akron, Ohio (10%); Walled Lake, Mich. (6%); Camden, Ark. (4%); Cedar Rapids, Iowa (3%); and Minneapolis, Minn. (2%), and is expected to be completed by September 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Joseph J. Henderson & Sons Inc., Gurnee, Ill., is being awarded an $11,895,500 firm-fixed-price contract modification (N68950-00-C-0218) for an additional 86 housing units that were part of a previously awarded contract for design and construction for whole house revitalization of family housing, Forrestal Village-Phase 10 and Halsey Village-Phase 3 at Naval Training Center, Great Lakes. After exercise of this modification, the total cumulative contract amount will be $24,639,500. Work will be performed in Great Lakes, Ill., and is expected to be completed by July 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Engineering Field Activity, Midwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Great Lakes, Ill., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Labatt Food Service Inc.*, San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $13,526,000 fixed-price with indefinite-quantity delivery type contract for full line food distribution in Texas and Oklahoma for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. Work will also be performed in Dallas, Texas. This contract is for a base year with four one-year options. Performance completion date is expected to be March 17, 2003. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 125 proposals solicited, and six responded. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-02-D-3028).
