TRW Inc., Redondo Beach, Calif., is being awarded an $18,398,832 cost-plus-award-fee contract modification to provide for counter communication system. This modification exercises two options included in the previously awarded contract. Option 1 (CLINs 0600-0603) requires the contractor to develop and deliver three counter communications systems and refurbish one of the systems. Option 2 (CLIN 0200) acquires one year of sustainment support. At this time, $4,380,000 of the funds has been obligated. The contractor will perform this effort at Harris Corp., Melbourne, Fla. Alliant Defense Electronics Systems Inc., Clearwater, Fla., is being awarded an $8,038,824 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for a delivery that will be issued for the purchase of common munitions built-in test reprogramming equipment (CMBRE). A total quantity of 152 CMBRE units will be procured. At this time, the total amount of funds has been obligated. This work will be completed by September 2004. McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Co., St. Louis, is being awarded a $5,386,000 undefinitized contractual action to provide for procurement of the F-15 operation flight program, suite 5, phase I, requirements definition refinement effort. At this time, the total amount of funds has been obligated. This work will be completed in July 2002. Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $12,500,000 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-93-C-0196) to incorporate the Weapons Systems Integration Team approach into the Statement of Work and add an associate contractor agreement for two prototype and two test article MH-60R aircraft. Work will be performed in Owego, and is to be completed in February 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
