JIL Information Systems, Vienna, Va., is being awarded an estimated $25,050,957 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity supply contract for analysis, design, development, fabrication, manufacturing, installation, implementation, and program management support services for U.S. Navy training systems.
