NAVY

JIL Information Systems, Vienna, Va., is being awarded an estimated $25,050,957 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity supply contract for analysis, design, development, fabrication, manufacturing, installation, implementation, and program management support services for U.S. Navy training systems. Training systems include operator, aircrew, maintenance training devices, electronic classrooms, and other operational equipment. Work will be performed in Pensacola, Fla., and is to be completed by May 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured and released on the Internet with five offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division, Indian Head, Md., is the contracting activity (N00174-02-D-0013).

Northrop Grumman Corp., St. Augustine, Fla., is being awarded a $16,605,510 ceiling-price contract for 42 canopy assemblies used on EA-6B aircraft. Work will be performed in St. Augustine and is to be completed by March 2006. Contract funds will not expire during the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia is the contracting activity (N00383-00-G-023B-5241).
