ARMY

E. L. Yeager Construction Co., Riverside, Calif., was awarded on Oct. 11, 2002, a $25,368,090 increment as part of a firm-fixed-price contract for a concrete trapezoidal channel, excavated sediment basins, drop structure, soil cement bank protection, low flow channel and environmental corridor. Work will be performed in Redlands, Calif. (60%), and Loma Linda, Calif. (40%), and is expected to be completed by Nov. 1, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on June 27, 2002, and seven bids were received. The U. S. Army Engineer District, Los Angeles, Calif., is the contracting activity (DACW09-03-C-0001).

ELMCO Inc., Huntsville, Ala., was awarded on Oct. 10, 2002, a $6,345,198 increment as part of an $18,474,097 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for design, development, integration, testing and utilization of a family of systems simulation capability. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Ala., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 9, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Aug. 26, 1999, eight and bids were received. The U. S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DASG60-00-C-0059).

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Information Systems, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $18,961,781 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for fiscal year 2003 operation and maintenance for the C-130 aircrew training system. The locations of performance are Lockheed Martin Orlando, Fla. (71%), and CAE USA Inc., Tampa, Fla. (29%). Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2003. Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42630-99-C-0195-P00091).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin, Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded a $6,541,774 cost-reimbursable modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-97-C-5177) for long-lead material in support of the development and integration effort for the DDG-2317 Aegis weapons system baseline J5 computer program. This contract involves foreign military sales to Japan (100%). Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J., and is expected to be completed by May 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISITICS AGENCY

Oracle Corp., Reston, Va., is being awarded a $6,000,000 time and materials type of contract for implementation of the Fuels Automated System (FAS) Oracle Enterprise Architectural Platforms for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, federal civilian agencies and the Defense Logistics Agency. Work will also be performed at Fort Belvoir, Va. Performance completion date is scheduled for Jan. 31, 2003. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source proposal. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-F-5644).
