AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Corp., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $223,750,000 fixed-price-incentive-firm contract modification to provide for continued production funding in support of one Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System Lot XI aircraft (P17). At this time, $4,540,000 of the funds has been obligated. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be completed by March 2005. Headquarters Electronic System Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-02-C-0022-P00005).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $22,775,345 firm-fixed-price contract modification to provide for additional buy of 40 conformal fuel tanks (CFT), CFT support equipment and eight targeting pod pylons for the Peace Xenia III Program. This effort supports foreign military sales to Greece. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by August 2004. Solicitation began October 2001, and negotiations were completed August 2002. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-99-C-0059).

ARMY

Survice Engineering Co., Belcamp, Md., was awarded on Oct. 15, 2002, a delivery order amount of $30,996 as part of a $25,000,000 time and materials contract for analytical and engineering support services for the Army Research Laboratory, Survivability/Lethality Analysis Directorate. Work will be performed in Belcamp (50%), and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md. (50%), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 14, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited on April 20, 2002, and two bids were received. The U. S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Adelphi, Md., is the contracting activity (DAAD17-03-D-0001).

Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, was awarded on Oct. 11, 2002, a $13,132,370 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for various spare parts in support of the Bradley A3 Program. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on July 30, 2002. The U. S. Army Armament and Chemical Acquisition and Logistics Activity, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (DAAE20-02-G-0003).

Kaman Dayron Inc., Orlando, Fla., was awarded on Oct. 11, 2002, an $8,843,547 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 4,510 FMU-143 bomb fuzes in various configurations. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by July 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on March 26, 2002. The U. S. Army Operations Support Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (DAAA09-96-C-0015).
