AIR FORCE

TN and Associates Inc., Milwaukee is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contact to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. TN and Associates will perform this effort in Milwaukee and other locations worldwide. The Human Systems Wing, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting agency (F41624-03-D-8619).

Bhate, Birmingham, Ala., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Bhate will perform this effort in Birmingham and other locations worldwide. The Human Systems Wing, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting agency (F41624-03-D-8592).

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadow, Ill., is being awarded a $32,600,000 firm-fixed price contract for 24 Litening II precision attack targeting pods applicable to the F-15 aircraft. At this time $16,300,000 of the funds has been obligated. Northrop Grumman will perform this effort in Rolling Meadows. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-03-C-2006).

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill., is being awarded a $19,667,000 firm-fixed price contract modification for advanced technology upgrades for Litening II precision attack targeting pods applicable to F-16 aircraft. Northrop Grumman will perform this effort in Rolling Meadows. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-98-C-2020-P00032).

Honeywell Electronic Systems Air Transport, Redmond, Wash., is being awarded a $8,383,450.75 firm-fixed-price contract modification for multiple spare parts applicable to the AN/APS-133 color weather radar. The AN/APS-133 is a high-performance multi-function radar system use on large transport aircraft including the C-17. The system provides weather avoidance, mapping, and beacon modes of operation. Honeywell Electronics will perform this effort in Redmond. The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contacting activity (F09603-02-C-0424-PZ0002).

Veridian Systems Division, Inc., Ann Arbor, Mich., is being awarded a $7,365,447 firm-fixed price contract modification for three Eagle Vision data integration segments and option for two Eagle Vision data integration segments for the Vision System Program. The location of performance is Veridian Systems Division, Ann Arbor. The Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-03-C-0005).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Labatt Foodservice, Inc.*, San Antonio is being awarded a $13,526,000 firm-fixed-price with indefinite-quantity and delivery-type of contract for full line food distributor for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and federal civilian agencies. This contract is exercising its first year option. The performance completion date is March 17, 2004. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 125 proposals solicited and six responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (SP0300-03-D-3028)

Hawthorne Services, Inc.*, Charleston, S.C., is being awarded a $12,062,700 firm-fixed-price type of contract for fuel services for the U.S. Army. Performance completion date is Aug. 31, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was an Internet proposal solicited and five responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-03-C-5308)

NAVY

Detyens Shipyard, Inc., Charleston, S.C., is being awarded a $8,678,188 firm-fixed-price contract for the ship repair overhaul and drydock of USNS Supply. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $10,557,138. Work will be performed in Charleston and is to be completed by June 2003. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured, with eight proposals solicited and four offers received. The Military Sealift Command, Virginia Beach, Va., is the contracting authority (N62381-03-C-2015).

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh is being awarded a $5,597,206 modification to a previously awarded other transaction for prototypes agreement for phase III of the Perception for Off-road Robotics program. Work will be performed in Pittsburgh (70 percent), Princeton, N.J. (29 percent), and Philadelphia (1 percent), and will be completed by December 23, 2003. Funds will not expire at the end of this fiscal year. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is the contracting activity (MDA972-01-9-0016).
