AIR FORCE

Parsons Infrastructure and Technology Group, Inc., Pasadena, Calif., is being awarded $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Parsons Infrastructure and Technology will perform this effort in Pasadena and other locations worldwide. Earth Technology, Inc., Alexandria, Va., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Earth Technology, Inc. will perform this effort in Alexandria and other locations worldwide. Northrop Grumman Corp., Integrated Systems Sector, Airborne Ground Surveillance and Battle Management Systems, Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $7,923,264, fixed-price incentive-firm contract modification to validate a new source of supply for the beryllium oxide silicon carbide included in the transmitted wave tubes in the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System aircraft. ITT Industries, Systems Division, Cape Canaveral, Fla., is being awarded a $6,077,059 firm-fixed price contract modification for implement interim supply support (ISS) for project initial spares parts; function as the depot and inventory control point (ICP) for the space light range system (SLRS) peculiar parts during the ISS period. This contract will act as the source-supply for the SLRS peculiar parts to retail supply through the standard base supply system (SBSS); spare parts and ensure repairable assets are returned to serviceable condition via warranties or their Depot repair actions; catalog spare parts through the government catalog system, determine peculiar spares recommendations to establish retail stock level in SBSS; coordinate ISP support for common parts during the ISS period with the appropriate depots item managers; provide ISS peculiar spares and initial spares for subsystems having prime mission product status until the government transitions to organic spares support and provide required data to the government data exchange when it becomes available. ITT will perform this effort at ITT Industries, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. and at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. At this time $5,643,807 of the funds has been obligated. Shell Oil Products U.S., Houston is being awarded a $323,163,680 fixed-price with economic-price adjustment type of contract for fuel for the Defense Energy Support Center. The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., Akron, Ohio, was awarded on a $10,277,329 increment as part of a $20,554,659 firm-fixed-price contract for 72,190 tracks for the M1 vehicle Feb. 28, 2003. NAVY

The Boeing Co., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $32,893,837 combination fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide Trident I and Trident II material and technical support services necessary to conduct inertial equipment modification and repair for the ships inertial navigation system (SINS), electrostatically supported gyro monitors (ESGM), electrostatically supported gyro navigators (ESGN) and related components, and to support the SINS and ESGM and N inertial equipment strategic program alterations (SPALTs). In addition, materials and technical support services for refurbishment and conversion of ESGNs, fabrication of electronic equipment console (EEC) refurbishment and conversion material and assemblies and spares, software support for the D5 Backfit Navigation Integrated Test Program, factory closeout and material transfer, D5 Backfit East Coast Nuclear Ballistic Missile Submarine (SSBN) Modernization, and level of effort in support of the U.S. and U.K. Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) and Strategic Weapons System Programs (SWS). The resultant contract will also include effort for testing and SPALT development as well as research and development technical assignments. Work will be performed in Anaheim and is to be completed by September 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $20,978,328 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-03-C-0010).

Harris Acoustic Products Corp., East Walpole, Mass., is being awarded an estimated $13,992,424 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract, to provide wide aperture array outboard electronic canisters for use on U.S. submarines. Work will be performed in East Walpole and is to be completed by March 2008. Contract funds in the amount of $50,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
