AIR FORCE

Tetra Technical, Inc., Pasadena, Calif., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Solutions To Environmental Problems, Inc., Oak Ridge, Tenn., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc., Walnut Creek, Calif., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. will perform this effort in Walnut Creek and other locations worldwide. HydroGeoLogic Corp., Herndon, Va., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. HydroGeoLogic Corp. will perform this effort in Herndon and other locations worldwide. Ellis Environmental Group, Newberry, Fla., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Ellis Environmental Group will perform this effort in Newberry, Fla., and other locations worldwide. Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., Pasadena, Calif., is being awarded a $1,100,000,000 indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract to provide professional architect-engineer (A&E) services to perform preliminary environmental assessment through remedial design and other A&E services in support of locations worldwide. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Jacobs Engineering Group will perform this effort in Pasadena and other locations worldwide. ALPHATECH, Inc., Burlington, Mass. Is being awarded a$15,090,457 cost-plus fixed-fee contract modification for design, development, demonstrate and delivery extensible probabilistic repository technology software. At this time $3,024,500 of the funds has been obligated. ALPHATECH, Inc., will perform this effort in Burlington, Mass. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, N.Y., is the contracting activity (F30602-03-C-0024).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

LaGloria Oil and Gas Co., Pasadena, Texas, is being awarded a $43,655,625 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment type of contract for fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Work will also be performed in Tyler, Texas. The performance completion date is March 31, 2004. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 520 proposals solicited and 22 responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-03-D-0477).

Belleville Shoe Co., Belleville, Ill., is being awarded an $8,844,084 firm-fixed-price with indefinite and delivery-type of contract for lightweight tan boots for the U.S. Army. The performance completion date is Nov. 27, 2003. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was an Internet solicitation. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (SP0100-01-D-0331).

NAVY

Recon/Optical, Inc., Barrington, Ill., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $19,251,708 undefinitized, firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of four high-altitude and four medium-altitude shared reconnaissance pod sensors for the F/A-18E/F aircraft. Work will be performed in Barrington, Ill (54.3 percent); Mason, Ohio (17.4 percent); Riverside, Calif. (8.4 percent); Minneapolis (8.2 percent); Chelmsford, Mass. (4.3 percent); Ontario, Canada (4.1 percent); Burlington, Mass. (2.3 percent); and Leesburg, Va. (1 percent), and is to be completed in January 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-03-C-0028).

Raytheon Technical Services Co., Indianapolis is being awarded a not-to-exceed $19,247,361 undefinitized, firm-fixed-priced delivery order against a previously awarded indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-02-D-3073) for eight shared reconnaissance pods for the F/A-18E/F aircraft. Work will be performed in Indianapolis (65 percent); Camden, N.J. (10 percent); Logan, Utah (5 percent); Dallas (5 percent); Danbury, Conn. (5 percent); Patuxent River, Md. (5 percent) and China Lake, Calif. (5 percent), and is to completed in September 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Whitesell-Green/W. G. Yates & Sons, Biloxi, Miss., is being awarded $18,663,000 for task order 0005 under an indefinite-delivery and indefinite-quantity design-build multiple award construction contract for design and construction of a 200-room, 400-person, three-story, student dormitory, the demolition of the existing substandard dorm, and the design and construction of a mini base exchange at Keesler Air Force Base. Work will be performed in Biloxi and is to be completed by August 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The basic contract was competitively procured with 64 proposals solicited, 16 offers received and award made on Sept. 27, 2001. The total contract amount is not to exceed $200,000,000, which includes the base period and four option years. The multiple contractors (four in number) may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the existing contract. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, North Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity (N62467-99-D-0881).

Northrop-Grumman St. Augustine, St. Augustine, Fla., is being awarded an $8,300,000 order under a basic ordering agreement for repair of 11 horizontal stabilizers utilized on the F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed at St. Augustine and is to be completed by September 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This requirement was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point Philadelphia is the contracting activity (N00383-99-G-019B) (Order 7023).
