NAVY

ATK Missile Systems Co. LLC, Woodland Hills, Calif., is being awarded a $222,615,129 ceiling-priced, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for the system development and design of the AGM-88E advanced anti-radiation guided missile (AARGM). The scope of the contract is the design, development and demonstration of a multi-mode AGM-88E AARGM seeker that will include an anti-radiation homing receiver, global positioning system/inertial measuring unit and terminal radar to meet current Navy operational requirements. In addition, the contract provides for seven special test units; nine engineering, development models for developmental testing and operational assessment; and 15 production representative AGM-88E AARGMs. Work will be performed in Woodland Hills, Calif. (88%); San Diego, Calif. (7%); Van Nuys, Calif. (2%); Santa Barbara, Calif. (1%); Torrance, Calif. (1%); and Bourges Cedex, France (1%), and is expected to be completed in September 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-03-C-0353).

Logistic Services International Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., is being awarded a $21,035,312 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-99-D-1210) to provide additional fixed wing aviation technical training services for the Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Divisions Logistics Competency (AIR-3.4). Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Fla. (60%); Patuxent River, Md. (30%); San Diego, Calif. (5%); Pensacola, Fla. (3%); and Norfolk, Va. (2%), and is expected to be completed in February 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $7,374,673 cost-reimbursable contract to procure long lead material in support of the fiscal year 2003/2004 production of the Evolved SEASPARROW Missile (ESSM). This contract procures long lead material, which will be used in the fiscal year 2003/2004 combined ESSM production for Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Norway. The NATO SEASPARROW consortium, which includes the United States and nine other countries, will fund the effort under this contract. Work will be performed in The Netherlands (43.4%); Andover, Mass. (26.2%); Tucson, Ariz. (15.9%); Norway (11.5%); and Turkey (3%), and is expected to be completed by April 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-03-C-5448).

T. Carroll Associates Inc., Silver Spring, Md., is being awarded a $7,030,084 cost-plus- fixed-fee (completion), indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for vulnerability and hardening study engineering support. The contract will provide specialized engineering support for vulnerability and hardening studies for ship structures and shipboard equipment subjected to conventional, underwater or nuclear weapon effects. Work will be performed in Silver Spring, Md. (80%), and West Bethesda, Md. (20%), and is expected to be completed by June 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, West Bethesda, Md., is the contracting activity (N00167-03-D-0037).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Honeywell International Inc., Tempe, Ariz., is being awarded a $24,966,762 firm-fixed-price with a 3-year option type of contract for aircraft parts for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Marine Corps. Performance completion date is June 18, 2006. Contract funds will not expired this fiscal year. This was a sole source solicitation. The Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0410-00-D-0007).

ARMY

General Electric Co., Lynn, Mass., is being awarded a $23,825,886 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract (DAAJ09-97-D-0196) for the procurement of 38 701C spare engines (incomplete without hydromechanical control unit and digital electronic control) and 38 shipping storage containers. Work will be performed in Lynn, Mass., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one bid solicited on June 20, 1997, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded an $11,947,113 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract (DAAE07-03D-S055) for palletized loading system engineering mission modules to include 126 M6 dump bodies, 38 M5 concrete mobile mixers and 29 M4 bituminous distributors. Work will be performed in Indianola, Iowa (36%), Oregon, Ill. (21%), and Lake Crystal, Minn., and is expected to be completed by June 18, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one bid solicited on May 6, 2006, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command-Warren, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $13,678,875 contract modification to provide for acquisition of the non-production qualified test build of the WC-130J low power radar. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by May 2004. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-00-C-0018/P00058).
