Earth Technical Incorporated, Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $4,000,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to. The total program-ceiling amount may be adjusted unilaterally by the Air Force on an annual basis. In no event will the adjusted ceiling amount exceed 250% of the original program ceiling. This is the second group of awardees under this solicitation. This contractor will be the first of two participating in this program. This Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction (WERC) acquisition provides a full range of worldwide construction and engineering efforts that meet base needs. Requirements will be primarily environmental but also include a secondary requirement for traditional engineering needs. Demolition, repair, emergency response, and operation and maintenance opportunities for both environmental and traditional engineering activities is also included. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than this amount. Lockheed Martin Maritime Sensors and Systems, St. Paul, Minn., is being awarded a $12,340,951 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-99-C-1275) for the installation and testing of four P-3C udate III Anti-Surface Warfare Improvement Program (P-3 AIP) kits and installation of four government furnished equipment electronic flight display systems and five enhanced specific emitter identification systems into AIP aircraft. Litton Systems, Inc., Navigation Systems Division, Woodland Hills, Calif., is being awarded a $7,856,862 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00421-01-C-0260) to exercise an option for the procurement of 48 CN-1649/ASN-139 inertial navigation units and 48 MT-6436/ASN-139 inertial mounts for the Navy F/A-18 E/F aircraft (42 each) and the E-2C aircraft (4 each) and for the government of Japan’s E-2C aircraft (2 each). Work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah (90%) and Woodland Hills, Calif. (10%), and is expected to be competed in November 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($7,527,348; 96%) and the Government of Japan ($329,514; 4 %) under the Foreign Military Sales Program.
