DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Gold Star Petroleum Inc.,* Spring, Texas, is being awarded a $18,491,262 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for gasoline, gasohol and diesel for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force and federal civilian agencies. Work will also be performed in various locations throughout Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. There were 570 proposals solicited and 42 responded. Performance completion date is expected to be May 31, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-04-D-4513).

Belleville Shoe Mfg. Co.* Belleville, Il., is being awarded a $7,829,590 firm fixed price with indefinite quantity and delivery type contract for removable liners in boots for the U.S. Army. Work will also be performed at the Belleville Shoe Mfg., Co., in Dewitt, Ark. This contract is exercising its fourth year option. Performance completion date is expected to be September 11, 2005. There were originally 44 proposals that were solicited and six had responded. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-01-D-0320)

ARMY

Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Vehicle Systems L.P., Sealy, Texas, was awarded on Aug. 11, 2004, a $6,992,946 modification to a firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for repair of 200 A0 and A1 Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles. Work will be performed in Sealy, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 12, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Feb. 5, 2004. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-04-C-0260).

General Dynamics, Needham, Mass., was awarded on Aug. 10, 2004, a $5,309,312 modification to a fixed-price-incentive with award fee contract to survey, plan, design, install, and implement the Information Technology Systems and Infrastructure for the tenants in Wedges

2-5 in the Pentagon. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 20, 1997. The Pentagon Renovation & Construction Program Office, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (MDA947-98-C-2002).

HHI Corp.*, Farmington, Utah, was awarded on Aug. 11, 2004, a $5,182,175 firm-fixed-price contract for design and construction of a new transportation and management mobility training and support facility. Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 6, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 102 bids solicited on May 11, 2004, and six bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, Calif., is the contracting activity (W91238-04-C-0025).
