Navajo Refining Co.,* Dallas, Texas, is being awarded a $68,350,667 fixed price with economic price adjustment type of contract for fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Work will also be performed in El Paso, Texas, Moriarty, N.M., and Roswell, N.M. Performance completion date is expected to be Oct. 30, 2005. Sinclair Oil Corp., Salt Lake City, Utah, is being awarded a $21,486,955 fixed price with economic price adjustment type of contract for fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Eagle Aviation Inc.*, Kalispell, Mont., is being awarded a $14,833,287 fixed price with economic price adjustment type of contract for fuel for gasoline, diesel fuel and burner oil for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force and federal civilian agencies. Work will also be performed in various locations throughout Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Performance completion date is expected to be May 31, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 570 proposals solicited and 42 responded. ARMY

Dick Pacific Construction Co. Ltd., Honolulu, Hawaii, was awarded on Aug. 23, 2004, a $64,625,900 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a combination of barracks, a Soldier Community Building, and four Company Operations Facilities. Work will be performed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by March 6, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Atherton Construction Inc.*, Las Vegas, Nev., was awarded on Aug. 20, 2004, a $14,969,949 firm-fixed-price contract for a Family Housing Project. Work will be performed at Fort Riley, Kan., and is expected to be completed by April 24, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on May 28, 2004, and five bids were received. Komatsu America International Co., Vernon Hills, Ill., was awarded on Aug. 20, 2004, a delivery order amount of $1,144,000 as part of an $11,866,000 firm-fixed-price contract for three Hydraulic Excavators and supporting manuals. AIR FORCE

Boeing Co., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $20,193,000 cost-plus award-fee contract modification. At the time the FAB-T contract F19628-02-C-0048 was signed, the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) specifications referenced in the contract were not complete and/or mature. Since that time, the (AEHF) system design and specifications have been maturing through working groups involving the Government, Boeing and the AEHF system Contract Team. Most of these specifications have been updated since the contract award by the AEHF working groups. Therefore the changes included in these specifications must be included in the FAB-T terminal in order to be in line with the rest of the system. FAB-T is the Command Post Terminal for the (AEHF) Satellite System and thus serves as a key component of AEHF operations. At this time, $2,143,000 of the funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by December 2007. The Headquarters Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-02-C-0048, P00028).

Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, Conn., is being awarded a $9,674,645 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for level one depot support equipment and spares in support of F100PW220E engine applicable to F-16 aircraft. At this time the total amount of funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by November 2005. Solicitation began October 2003 and negotiations were completed June 2004. This effort supports foreign military sales to Egypt. The Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (FA8104-04-C-0109).

NAVY

BAE Systems, Information Electronic Systems Integration Inc., Greenlawn, N.Y., is being awarded a $5,799,368 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed priced contract (N00019-04-C-0009) for the procurement of various replenishment parts for F/A-18 Advanced Tactical Air Reconnaissance Systems (ATARS) and data-link equipment. Work will be performed in Greenlawn, N.Y., and is expected to be completed in August 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $5,799,368 will expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
