AIR FORCE

Alliance Contractor Team, c/o AMCS, Sterling Va., is being awarded a $998,129,142 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for International Airlift Services. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount above. The location of performance is World Airways Inc., Peachtree City, Ga., (73 percent) and Alliance Contractor Team, Sterling, Va., (27 percent). At this time, no funds have been obligated. Future funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This work will be complete by September 2005. Solicitations began March 2004 and negotiations were complete July 2004. The Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., is the contracting activity (FA4428-04-D-0012).

Federal Express Charter Programs Teaming Arrangement, Memphis, Tenn., is being awarded an $825,113,604 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for International Airlift Services. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount above. The location of performance is American Trans Air Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., (52 percent) and Polar Air Cargo, Purchase, N.J. (25 percent). At this time, no funds have been obligated. Future funds will be obligated as individual orders are issued. This work will be complete by September 2005. Solicitations began March 2004 and negotiations were complete July 2004. The Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., is the contracting activity (FA4428-04-D-0013).

Miami Air Team, Miami Fla., is being awarded a $36,423,006 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for International Airlift Services. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount. The location of performance is Miami Air International, Miami, Fla., (99 percent). At this time, no funds have been obligated. Future funds will be obligated as individual orders are issued. This work will be complete by September 2005. Solicitations began March 2004 and negotiations were complete July 2004. The Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., is the contracting activity (FA4428-04-D-0014).

MRC Bearings Inc., Jamestown, N.Y., is being awarded a $14,914,204 firm fixed contract to provide for Bearings spares support. This effort supports F-16 engines. At this time, no funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by July 2007. Solicitations began March 2004 and negotiations were complete July 2004. The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (FA8104-04-D-0028).

North American Airlines, JFK International Airport, Jamaica, N.Y., is being awarded a $12,514,083 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for International Airlift Services. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount. At this time, no funds have been obligated. Future funds will be obligated as individual orders are issued. This work will be complete by September 2005. Lynden Airlines, Anchorage, Alaska, is being awarded an $11,502,700 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for International Airlift Services. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount. At this time, no funds have been obligated. Future funds will be obligated as individual orders are issued. This work will be complete by September 2005. Solicitations began March 2004 and negotiations were complete July 2004. The Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., is the contracting activity (FA4428-04-D-0021).

Continental Airlines, Houston, Texas is being awarded a $10,011,400 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for International Airlift Services. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount. At this time, no funds have been obligated. Future funds will be obligated as individual orders are issued. This work will be complete by September 2005. Solicitations began March 2004 and negotiations were complete July 2004. The Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., is the contracting activity (FA4428-04-D-0016).

ARMY

EMC Corp., McLean, Va., was awarded on Sept. 3, 2004, a delivery order amount of $11,781,039 as part of a $51,781,039 firm-fixed-price contract for purchase of data storage equipment and services. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 23, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Aug. 8, 2003, and three bids were received. The Pentagon Renovation and Construction Program, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (HQ0050-04-D-0001).

DynCorp International L.L.C., Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded on Sept. 7, 2004, a $7,939,640 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for upgrade of five C-12D2 Aircraft to C-12U configuration. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 17, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on March 8, 2000, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-00-C-0226).

DRS Optronics, Palm Bay, Fla., was awarded on Sept. 7, 2004, a delivery order amount of $856,000 as part of a $13,400,000 firm-fixed-price contract for repair and upgrade of the Abrams Gunners Auxiliary Sights. Work will be performed in Palm Bay, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 5, 2004. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (W52H09-04-D-0119).
