NAVY

McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $36,910,000 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded undefinitized contract (N00019-04-C-0015) for the full rate production of the Advanced Mission Computers and Displays that will be integrated into the F/A-18E/F Lot 28 aircraft. Work will be performed in Minneapolis, Minn. (65 percent); Albuquerque, N.M. (20 percent); and St. Louis, Mo. (15 percent), and is expected to be completed in July 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $23,040,762 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, time and materials contract (N00019-03-C-0006) to exercise an option for the FY-05 Special Progressive Aircraft Rework (SPAR) Program for a VH-3D/VH-60N Executive Helicopter. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in September 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $23,040,762 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Boeing Aerospace Operations, Midwest City, Okla., is being awarded a $19,885,919 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-priced contract (N00019-01-C-0110) to exercise an option for the procurement of organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level aircraft maintenance, management, logistics support services and other services as specified for F/A-18A/B/C/D, SH-60F, HH-60H helicopters and F 16A/B aircraft based at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, Fallon, Nev. This effort includes maintaining associated support equipment, power plants, airframes, aviation life support systems, electronics and electrical instruments, armament radar/fire control and flight line services in order to meet the flying program and its daily mission requirements. Work will be performed in Fallon, Nev. and is expected to be completed in September 2005. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a $6,574,500 firm-fixed-price order against a previously issued Basic Ordering Agreement (N00019-04-G-0003) for installation of a Satellite Communication (SATCOM) system capability into three French E-2C aircraft under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Bethpage, N.Y. (83 percent); Lorient, France (9 percent); Rolling Meadows, Ill. (5 percent); St. Augustine, Fla. (2 percent); and Melbourne, Fla. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.
