CONTRACTS

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $17,800,000 firm fixed price contract modification to provide for C-130J Block 5.4 Upgrade Phase III for completion of modification kits for, 40 MYP C-130J (stretch), 12 Non-MYP (short), 10 Non-MYP WC-130J, and 11 Non-MYP (stretch). The location of performance is Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by December 2006. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-03-C-2014, P00020).

General Atomics-Aeronautical Systems, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $14,413,480 cost-plus fixed-fee contract modification to provide Predator MQ-IL Block 10+ Retrofit Phase 1-Non-recurring engineering to define all necessary kit hardware, fabrication of that hardware, manpower, testing, and documentation in order to supply 3 retrofit support kits and upgrade six RQ-IL Block 5, four MQ-IL Block 1, and four MQ-IL Block 5 aircraft to the MQ-IL Block 10+ configuration. At this time, $7,206,740 of the funds has been obligated. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-02-G-4035-0032).

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill., is being awarded a $12,528,324 firm fixed price contract modification. This modification will be an Undefinitized Contractual Action to modify 18 additional C-17 aircraft with Large Aircraft Infrared Counter-measure (LAIRCM) capability as well as providing associated spares, support equipment, consumables, training, field technical support, supply support set-up, and installation support in order to equip additional C-17s with LAIRCM capability. At this time, $6,264,162 of the funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by November 2005. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-01-C-2093, P00071).

NAVY

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Portsmouth, R.I., is being awarded an estimated $27,653,801 cost-plus incentive-fee/cost-plus-award-fee modification under previously awarded contract (N00024-03-C-6207) to exercise an option for level-of-effort engineering and technical services in support of the Weapons Control System (WCS)/Mk2 Combat Control System (CCS) program. This effort will provide continued support of next generation CCS Mk2/WCS development and production, including improvements, upgrades, technology refreshment, and integration of Advanced Processing Builds. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, R.I., and is expected to be completed by December 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

POLE/ZERO Corp.*, West Chester, Ohio, is being awarded a $5,213,315 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 47 Cosite UHF SATCOM RX Filters; 47 Cosite UHF SATCOM TX Filters; 17 Cosite UHF LOS TX/RX Filters; 47 ARC-210 Interface Adapter Modules, and extended 2 year warranties for each unit. Work will be performed in West Chester, Ohio, and is expected to be completed in February 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity (N00421-05-C-0012).

Electric Boat, Groton, Conn., is being awarded a $5,063,000 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00140-02-C-K009) for intermediate and depot level overhaul, repair and modernization services to the Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) New London, Groton, Conn. Work will be performed in Groton, Conn., and work is expected to be completed by February 2005. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment, Philadelphia, Pa. is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Capps Shoe Co.*, Lynchburg, Va., is being awarded a $6,275,488 firm fixed price indefinite quantity/delivery type contract for shoes for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Coast Guard. Performance completion date is expected to be November 18, 2005. Contract funds will expire at end of current fiscal year. There were 44 proposals solicited and 1 responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-05-D-0346).

ARMY

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc*, Chatsworth, Calif., was awarded on Nov. 18, 2004, a delivery order amount of $2,100,505 as part of an $8,425,755 firm-fixed-price contract for Electro-ME Actuators for the PATRIOT Missile Weapon System. Work will be performed at Chatsworth, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on June 11, 2004. The U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-05-D-0006).

Southeast Power Systems of Orlando Inc.*, Orlando, Fla., was awarded on Nov. 18, 2004, a delivery order amount of $388,902 as part of a $16,127,283 firm-fixed-price contract for Metering Fuel Pumps for the High Mobility Multi Wheeled Vehicles. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 12, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on April 6, 2004, and one bid was received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-05-D-0030).
