CONTRACTS

DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY

Harris Technical Services Corp., Alexandria, Va., is being awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a base period of two years and seven one-year options for a total potential period of performance of nine years. The contract has a maximum ceiling of $175 million. This contract will support the Crisis Management System by providing integrated secure services for the exchange of full motion video, voice, graphics, facsimile, and data via fixed facilities located throughout the continental U.S. The requirement was solicited and awarded on a sole-source basis. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization - National Capital Region is the contracting activity (HC1047-05-C-4017).

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $112,251,744 firm fixed price contract modification to provide for Lot 4 - 288 Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM, AGM-158) with warranties. The location of performance is Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Orlando, Fla., and Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Fla., and Troy, Ala. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by February 2007. The Headquarters Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8682-04-C-0060, P00007).

Blaine Warren Advertising, Henderson, Nev., is being awarded a $7,000,000 fixed priced, cost-plus fixed-fee and cost reimbursable contract modification to provide for advertising services for the Air Force Reserve Command. Total funds have been obligated. Solicitation began June 2004 and negotiations were completed November 2004. The Air Force Reserve Command is the contracting activity (FA6643-05-D-0001).

Computer Sciences Corp., Falls Church, Va., is being awarded a $5,968,596 cost-plus fixed fee contract to provide for Air Force Network Center, Network Security Division Computer Security Assistance Program. The location of performance is Air Intelligence Agency, San Antonio, Texas, and HQ 8 AF Det 1, Barksdale Air Force Base, La. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by November 2005. Solicitation began October 2004. The Air Intelligence Agency, San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41621-03-D-6100).

The Boeing Co., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $5,650,377 cost-plus award-fee contract modification. This proposed contract will design, develop, produce, test, obtain certifications, and install, engineering model (EDM) antennas and any required ancillary test and support equipment in accordance with the document set forth in section C, Description/Specifications/Work Statement. This contract will also support government testing maintain EDM antennas and provide support at EDM sites as defined in IMP. At this time, $2,000,000 of the funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by November 2007. The Headquarters Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-02-C-0048, P00038).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Constellation NewEnergy, Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $91,265,994 firm fixed price type contract for electricity for various U.S. military installations and Federal civilian agencies in Texas. Performance completion date is expected to be January 2007. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 66 proposals solicited and 15 responded. The Defense Energy Support Center is the contracting activity. (SP0600-05-D-8007)

Calpine Power America, LP, San Jose, Calif., is being awarded a $25,402,803 firm fixed price type contract for electricity for a Federal civilian installation in Texas. Performance completion date is expected to be January 2007. Contract funds will expire at end of current fiscal year. There were 66 proposals solicited and 15 responded. The Defense Energy Support Center is the contracting activity. (SP0600-05-D-8006)

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $35,226,634 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-04-D-0001) to exercise an option for logistics support, technical engineering support services, and spares procurement for the U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J and other U.S. Government C-130J aircraft. Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, N.C. (90 percent) and MCAS Miramar, Calif. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Rolls Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded a $7,204,484 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-03-D-0002) to exercise an option for logistics support, technical engineering support services, and spare engines and associated parts for the U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J AE2100D3 turboprop engine and R391 propeller. Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, N.C. (90 percent) and MCAS Miramar, Calif. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in November 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
