CONTRACTS

AIR FORCE

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $200,457,833 firm fixed price contract modification. This action will exercise an option as a separate contract to include 434 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles Air Intercept Missile (AIM)-120 missiles among them; 160 USAF, 46 USN, 5 USA, 223 FMS, associated missile warranties, 58 NDI-AIU Kits; Lots of Spares. This effort supports foreign military sales to Canada and Poland; Spares for Poland. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2007. The Headquarters Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8675-05-C-0070).

Lockheed Martin Simulation, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $9,981,987 firm fixed price contract to provide for F-16 maintenance training for Polish Ministry of Defense. This effort supports foreign military sales to Poland (100%). Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by December 2007. Solicitation began July 2004 and negotiations were completed November 2004. The Air Education and Training Command, Randolph, Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41689-03-G-0001-0008).

Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems Co., Denver, Colo., is being awarded a $7,466,231 fixed price incentive firm and cost-plus award-fee contract modification to provide for Titan program extension of contract closeout and facility shutdown activities. No funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2008. Negotiations were completed November 2004. The Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C-0001, P00336).

Mykotronx, Torrance, Calif., is being awarded a $6,264,800 firm fixed price contract to provide for 382 each Benign Fill Modules. The Benign Fill Module is a Cryptographic Communication Security equipment item. This acquisition is to support rotation stock and program requirements for current and future United States Space Satellite Programs. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by June 2005. Solicitation began February 2004 and negotiations were completed May 2004. The Headquarters Cryptologic Systems Group, San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8307-04-D-0003).

Anteon Corp., Chesapeake, Va., is being awarded a $49,900,000 cost plus incentive fee Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract for the installation of shipboard physical security equipment aboard Military Sealift Command and U.S. Navy ships. Work will be performed at various sites including both CONUS and OCONUS locations and is expected to be complete by December 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a request for proposal and 10 offers were received. Dataline Inc., Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a $49,900,000 cost plus incentive fee Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract for the installation of Shipboard Physical Security equipment aboard Military Sealift Command and U.S. Navy ships. Work will be performed at various sites including both CONUS and OCONUS and is expected to be completed by December 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a request for proposals and 10 offers were received. MILCOM Systems Corp., Virginia Beach, Va., is being awarded a $49,900,000 cost plus incentive fee Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract for the installation of shipboard physical security equipment aboard Military Sealift Command and U.S. Navy ships. Signal Solutions, Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $49,900,000 cost plus incentive fee Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract for the installation of shipboard physical security equipment aboard Military Sealift Command and U.S. Navy ships. Work will be performed at various sites including both CONUS and OCONUS locations and is expected to be completed by December 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a request for proposal and 10 offers were received. Titan Unidyne LLC, Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a $49,900,000 cost plus incentive fee Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract for the installation of Shipboard Physical Security equipment aboard Military Sealift Command and U.S. Navy ships. Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $14,000,000 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-93-C-0006) to provide additional funds for the CV-22 Engineering and Manufacturing Development Program. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (50 percent) and Ridley Park, Pa. (50 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Dick Pacific Construction Co. Ltd., Barrigada, Guam, is being awarded a firm-fixed price contract at $13,309,531 for FY05 MCON PN AJJY 963110 Consolidated War Material Storage Facility, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The work will be performed at Andersen Air Force Base and is expected to be complete by 23 August 2006. This contract was competitively procured with 11 solicitation packages distributed and three (3) proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific (R110) is the contracting activity (contract number N62742-03-C-1308).

L-3 Communications, Link Simulation & Training, Arlington, Texas, is being awarded a $10,333,000 ceiling-priced indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for up to 2,000 flight instructor hours on a Boeing 737 Next Generation Aircraft to serve as an E-6B In-Flight Trainer. Work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, Okla., and is expected to be completed in October 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $9,276,118 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under an electronic request for proposals and three offers were received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-05-D-0012).

Northrop Grumman PRB Systems, Inc., Hollywood, Md., is being awarded a $9,279,172 cost-plus-fixed-fee requirements contract for systems engineering and systems software/firmware support for various electronic warfare systems in association with the AN/SLQ-32 Threat Detection system. This contract combines requirements for the U.S. Navy (90 percent) and the Governments of Taiwan (5 percent); Egypt (2.5 percent); and Portugal (2.5 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Goleta, Calif. (80 percent) and King George, Va. (20 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. Lockheed Martin Corp., Mitchel Field, N.Y., is being awarded the option effort contained in contract N00030-04-C-0014 in the amount of $6,176,473 to provide the fiscal year 2005 U.S. TRIDENT II (D5) navigation software. Work will be performed in Mitchel Field, N.Y., and is expected to be complete by April 16, 2007. The contract was not competitively procured. The Navys Strategic Systems Programs is the contracting activity (N00030-04-C-0014) Mod No. P00008. Funds for the contract are fiscal year 2005 OPN $6,176,474. None of the contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

ARMY

ECI Construction Inc.*, Stillwell, Kan., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2004, a $19,698,174 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a F/A-22 technical training facility. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 1, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 232 bids solicited on Sept. 17, 2004, and four bids were received. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Tulsa, Okla., is the contracting activity (W912BV-05-C-2003).

The McCarty Corp., Austin, Texas, was awarded on Dec. 20, 2004, a $14,918,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a D-Area Barracks Complex. Work will be performed at Fort Bragg, N.C., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 350 bids solicited on Oct. 25, 2004, and four bids were received. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Savannah, Ga., is the contracting activity (W912HN-05-C-0007).

ECI Construction Inc.*, Stillwell, Kan., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2004, a $7,460,413 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a U.S. Army Reserve Center, Operational Maintenance and Unheated Storage Facility. Work will be performed in Hays, Kan., and is expected to be completed by July 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 80 bids solicited on Aug. 1, 2003, and eight bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Ky., is the contracting activity (W912QR-05-C-0002).

Radian Inc., Alexandria, Va., was awarded on Dec. 20, 2004, a $7,108,913 modification to a firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Up-Armor Crew Protection Kits for the Medium Tactical Vehicles. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Va., and is expected to be completed by July 11, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on March 4, 2004. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-04-C-0321).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Reyes Industries Inc., San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $9,245,000 firm fixed price indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract for Tactical Load Bearing parts/equipment for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Marine Corps. The performance completion date is Dec. 22, 2005. This contract has a one-year base period with two term option years. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Proposals were solicited on FedBizOpps and nine responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-05-D-4087)

DJ Manufacturing Corp., Caguas. P.R., is being awarded a $6,430,440 firm fixed price contract for windshield panels for large combat field packs for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S. Marine Corps. The performance completion date is July 29, 2005. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Three proposals were solicited and two responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-05-C-4079)
