Work will be performed in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas and Puerto Rico. Performance completion date is Sept. 30, 2007. AIR FORCE

Dyncorp Technical Services LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $28,000,421 commercial fixed price contract to provide for a follow-on contract for C-21A Contractor Logistics Support. The C-221A fleet consists of 76 each aircraft, which includes one NC-21A modified by the United States Air Force to meet mission requirements. All maintenance, supply support, and modifications are to be provided under this contract. The locations of performances are various locations worldwide. At this time, $9,849,556 of the funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2011. Solicitation began April 2004. The Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (FA8106-05-C-0001).

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $6,074,077 firm fixed Price contract modification. This action will exercise an option of 8 T-38C Upgrade Package Kits. This action supports foreign military sales with EURO NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by September 2008. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8617-04-C-6153, P00001).

ARMY

ATK Ordnance and Ground Systems L.L.C., Janesville, Wis., was awarded on Jan. 18, 2005, a $27,953,909 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 129,422 M782 Multi-Option Fuzes for Artillery. Work will be performed in Janesville, Wis., and is expected to be completed by Aug. 15, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on March 26, 2002, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny, N.J., is the contracting activity (DAAE30-02-C-1110).

Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, was awarded on Jan. 24, 2005, a $15,827,000 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for 68 Improved Target Acquisition Systems. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated July 2, 1999. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-99-C-0126).

NAVY

Raytheon Systems Co., McKinney, Texas, , is being awarded a $12,670,563 firm-fixed-price task order under previously awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (N00164-00-G-0007) for Multi-spectral Targeting System (MTS) A configuration, which includes seven Turret Units and associated line items in support of the Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicle program (UAV). The MTS is a forward-looking infrared system for the Predator UAV. The MTS provides real-time imagery selectable between infrared and day TV as well as a laser designation capability. Work will be performed in McKinney Texas, and is expected to be completed by June 2007. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity.

Goodrich Aerospace, Fuel and Utility Systems, Vergennes, Vt., is being awarded an $8,289,652 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00019-01-C-0078) for 28 CH-52E Integrated Mechanical Diagnostics and Heath Monitoring Usage System kits (IMDS HUMS). Work will be performed in Vergennes, Vt. (44 percent); Burlington, Vt. (20 percent); Seattle, Wash. (17 percent); Switzerland (11 percent); San Juan Capistrano, Calif. (3 percent); Canada (2 percent); and various other United States location (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in January 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems, Braintree, Mass., is being awarded a $7,022,418 firm-fixed-price modification under previously awarded contract (N00024-99-C-6102) to exercise an option for production, test and delivery of 151 additional Torpedo Acoustic Devices, Countermeasures (TADC) and 120 Sonar Acoustic Devices, Countermeasures (SADC). The ADC program is designed to provide ships with a countermeasure capability against torpedoes. The supplies and services procured under this modification include engineering support for Acoustic Device Countermeasures (ADC) MK 3/4 and associated SEAWOLF upgrades. The MK3 (torpedo countermeasure) and MK 4 (sonar countermeasure) are both 16 Centimeter countermeasures and are produced together to promote component commonality between the two devices, and reduce production costs in operating the countermeasure production line. Work will be performed in Braintree, Mass., and is expected to be completed in December 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $6,068,453 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, time and materials contract (N00019-03-C-0006) for the Special Progressive Aircraft Rework of one VH-3D/VH-60N Executive Helicopter. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in September 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $6,068,453 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Colonnas Shipyard Inc., Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a $5,554,254 firm-fixed-price contract for the Drydocking Phased Maintenance Availability of the USS Whirlwind (PC-11) and USS Thunderbolt (PC-12). Work includes miscellaneous structural, electrical, and mechanical repairs including shipalts and alterations equivalent to repairs. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va., and is expected to completed by June 2005. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured and advertised via the Internet, with four proposals solicited and two offers received. The Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, USN, Portsmouth, Va., is the contracting activity (N40025-05-C-5014).

Lejeune Support Services, Sterling, Va., is being awarded a $5,543,254 combination firm-fixed price, indefinite-quantity contract for facility maintenance and repair and heavy equipment services at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune. This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the cumulative total of this contract to a not to exceed value of $65,554,295. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, N.C., and is expected to be completed by October 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the NAVFAC e-solicitation website with two offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (contract number N62470-04-D-4192).
