CONTRACTS

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Public Warehousing Company, State of Kuwait, was awarded on Feb. 15, 2005, a maximum amount of $3,271,308,474 firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for subsistence items for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. Work will also be performed in Doha, Qatar and Mersyn Free-Zone, Turkey. The estimated performance completion date is Dec. 15, 2005. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is sole source. Current contractor is maintaining troop support. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM300-05-D-3119)

NAVY

Armtec Countermeasures Co., Coachella, Calif., is being awarded $5,941,997 modification under previously awarded definite-delivery/definite-quantity contract (N00104-04-C-K078) to exercise an option for manufacture of RR 188 chaff cartridges for the Air Force air countermeasures program. Work will be performed in Lillington, N.C., and is expected to be completed by July 2006. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. The base contract was competitively procured with two proposals firms solicited and one offer received. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity (Mod. P00005).

CSSI Inc.*, Washington, D.C., is being awarded a $5,419,921 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, performance based contract to provide technical support services for a broad range of complex electronic systems for air traffic control and meteorology and oceanographic programs, systems, and equipment. The contract includes four one-year option period, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $28,373,465. Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C., and is expected to be February 2006. If all options are exercised, the period of performance will continue through February 2010. Contract funds in the amount of $25,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under full and open competition, with the Request for Proposal posted on the SPAWAR Systems Center E-commerce website and two offers were received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston, SC, is the contracting activity (N65236-05-D-6850).
