NAVY

Raytheon Co., El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $275,031,411 not-to-exceed modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-03-C-0364) for the procurement of 80 Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) full rate production (FRP) III units for the F/A-18A/B/C/D/E/F aircraft for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Navy Reserve. In addition, this modification provides for the procurement of spares and associated non-recurring and sustaining engineering. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas (79 percent) and El Segundo, Calif. (21 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2008. Contract funds in the amount of $16,213,363, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors, Manassas, Va., is being awarded $101,300,000 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of 69 USQ-78B P-3C acoustic system upgrade kits, 53 USQ-78B acoustic system retro-fit kits, 7 T-78 acoustic system trainers, 68 CPU-54 cards, 17 plasma programmable entry panels for the U. S. Navy (16) and the Government of Norway (1). In addition, this contract provides for associated engineering services. Work will be performed in Manassas, Va.(57%); Anaheim, Calif. (24%); Hamstead, Md. (15%) and Tazewell, Va. (4%) and is expected to be completed in September 2011. This contract combines purchases for the U. S. Navy (99.97%; $101,265,828) and the Government of Norway (.03%; $34,172) under the Foreign Military Sales program. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-05-D-0018).

Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded a $23,924,859 delivery order 0012 under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price requirements contract (M67854-04-D-5016) for production of the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Tractor Variant. Delivery order 0012 is for a quantity of 92 low rate initial production vehicles, test support, and data The work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wis., and is expected to be completed December 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., McLean, Va., is being awarded a $13, 062,876 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-04-C-0058) to exercise an option for the procurement of technical and engineering support services for Communications-Electronics Advanced Technology (CEAT), supporting the Special Communications Requirements Division in the design, development, integration, test and evaluation, installation, fielding, certification, maintenance, and logistic support of multiple Department of Defense organizations including, but not limited to, Navy, Army, Air Force, Special Operation Commands, Component Commands, Joint Special Operations Command, as well as Departments of Justice and Treasury, United States Custom Service, Immigration and Naturalization Services, Defense Intelligence Agency and United States Coast Guard. The estimated level of effort for this modification is 114,840 man-hours. Work will be performed in Lexington Park, Md. (80 percent) and St. Inigoes, Md. (20 percent) and is expected to be completed in March 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Rockwell Collins Government Systems Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $9,559,950 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-priced contract (N00019-02-C-3004) to exercise an option for AN/ARC-210(V) Electronic Protection Radio Systems for the U.S. Navy for installation in various aircraft. This modification consists of 86 RT-1556B Receiver Transmitters, 43 RT-1794(C) Receiver Transmitters, and 72 RT-1824(C) receiver transmitters. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is expected to be completed in December 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Harris Corp., Government Communications Systems Div., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $7,509,190 firm-fixed-price contract for non-recurring efforts to establish production of AN/SRQ-4(Ku) field change kits for retrofit ships, complete AN/SRQ-4(Ku) systems for forward fit ships, and AN/ARQ-58 Radio Terminal Sets for MH-60 aircraft. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Fla., and is expected to be completed in February 2006. Contract funds in the amount of $958,290 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-04-C-0130).

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Conn., was awarded on March 15, 2005, a $5,749,058 modification to previously awarded firm-fixed contract (N00024-04-D-4408) for the USS Dallas (SSN 700) Drydocking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). Work will be performed in Groton, Conn. (99 percent) and Quonset Point, R. I. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed July 2005. Contract funds in the amount of $5,749,058, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair, USN, Groton, Conn., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Coastal Pacific Food Distributors, Stockton, Calif., is being awarded a maximum $28,087,972.00 firm fixed price contract for full line food distribution for U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps for customers in Japan, Singapore, and Diego Garcia. Performance completion date is March 17, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of current fiscal year. Fifteen proposals were submitted with 4 responses. This is an indefinite delivery quantity contract exercising its second option period. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia FTAB, Philadelphia, PA (SPM300-05-D-3046, 3047, 3048).
