CONTRACTS

NAVY

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $265,971,109 firm fixed price modification for production of the fiscal 2005 STANDARD Missile-2 BLOCK IIIA All-Up-Rounds (AUR), BLOCK IIIB AUR, BLOCK IIIB ORDALT kits, AN/DKT-71A Telemetric Data Transmitting Sets (TDTSs) and section level spares. The contract also includes procurement of 99 SM-2 BLOCK IIIA AUR, 64 SM-2 BLOCK IIIB AUR, 51 AN/DKT-71A TDTS with Installation Kits, 25 various foreign military sales spare sections and 161 shipping containers for the governments of Japan (20.53 percent); the Netherlands (15.52 percent); Germany (14.08 percent); Taiwan (1.80 percent); Canada (.40 percent); and Korea (.02 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (56 percent), Andover, Mass. (23 percent), Camden, Ark. (20 percent), Farmington, N.M. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity. (N00024-04-C-5342)

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Valero Marketing and Supply Co., San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $88,484,030 fixed price with economic price adjustment / indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity type contract for JP-8 Jet Fuel and MUM Midgrade Gasoline for the Defense Energy Support Center. Work will also be performed in Three Rivers, Sunray and Corpus Christi, Texas. Performance completion date is April 30, 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2005. Thirty-two proposals were submitted with 22 responses. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-0474).

Shell Chemical Yabucoa Inc., Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, is being awarded a $12,488,754 fixed price with economic price adjustment / indefinite delivery type contract for Naval Distillate, F76 fuel for the Defense Energy Support Center. Performance completion date is July 30, 2005. Contract funds will expire at the end of fiscal year 2005. Thirty-two proposals were submitted with 22 responses. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-0481).

AIR FORCE

Intercontinental Truck Body, Conrad, Mont., is being awarded a $7,121,842 firm fixed price contract to provide for basic requirements contract for an estimated 780 each 4x2 Flight Line Tow Tractors and 32 each 4x4 Flight Line Tow Tractors for the U.S. Air Force acquired by the Support Equipment and Vehicles Management Directorate at Robins Air Force Base, Ga. The Flight Line Tow Tractors are manufactured to a commercial item description utilizing a commercial chassis, for the U.S. Air Force acquired by the Support Equipment and Vehicle Management Directorate at Robins Air Force Base, Ga. The refuelers are manufactured to a performance specification utilizing a commercial chassis. No funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by March 2006. Solicitation began September 2004 and negotiations were completed March 2005.
