CONTRACTS

AIR FORCE

United Technologies Corp., East Hartford, Conn., is being awarded a $144,017,865 firm fixed price requirements contract with award fee provisions. This action consists of the estimated amount of the Air Force section of the Defense Logistics Agency Pratt and Whitney corporate contract for option year 2 (Feb. 16, 2005 to Feb. 15, 2006 no Air Force orders were placed between Feb. 16, 2005 and April 8, 2005). All delivery orders will support the procurement of F100 engine replenishment spare parts. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be completed by December 2007. The Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (SP0400-01-D-9405-A40018).

Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems, Clearfield, Utah, is being awarded a $25,700,000 fixed price incentive firm Target contract modification. This action is for the Stage 2 and Stage 3 Qualification and Transition workload for the Propulsion Replacement Program Full Rate Production Years I and II. Total funds have been obligated. Negotiations were completed September 2004. The Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42610-98-C-0001).

NAVY

Orbital Sciences Corp., Chandler, Ariz. is being awarded a $12,544,169 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-00-C-0255) to exercise an option for 10 GQM-163A Supersonic Sea Skimming Targets (SSST). Work will be performed in Chandler, Ariz., and is expected to be completed in April 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Honeywell International Inc., Defense and Space Electronic Systems, Albuquerque, N.M., is being awarded a $12,007,191 firm-fixed-price contract for Full Rate Production of 93 five-inch-by five-inch (5 x 5 ) forward Advance Multi-Purpose Displays (AMPDs) and 60 aft 5 x 5 AMPDs for the Lot 29 F/A-18E/F aircraft. In addition, this contract provides for the Low Rate Initial Production of 30 8 x 10 AMPDs. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, N.M., and is expected to be completed in March 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-05-C-0033).

Harris Corp., Government Communications Systems Div., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $9,364,530 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 137 Tactical Aircraft Moving Map Capability (TAMMAC) Digital Map Computers (DMC), 154 TAMMAC DMC Extension Housings, and 42 TAMMAC Digital Video Map Computers for use in Navy F/A-18C/D/E/F, AH-1Z, UH-1Y, AV-8B, and MH-60S aircraft. In addition, this contract provides for the procurement of 22 each TAMMAC DMC and TAMMAC DMC Extension Housings for the Government of Finland. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Fla., and is expected to be completed in December 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($8,161,161; 87 percent) and the Government of Finland ($1,203,369; 13 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-05-C-0044).

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Conn., is being awarded a $5,500,000 modification to the previously awarded contract (N00024-01-C-2900) for efforts in association with the operation of the Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department, Naval Submarine Base, New London, Conn. Work will be performed in Groton, Conn., and is expected to be completed by September 2005. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair, Groton, Conn., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Derossi & Son Co., Vineland, N.J., * is being awarded a maximum $6,287,125 firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for Mans Coat for the U.S. Army. This is a total set aside base year contract. Performance completion date is March 31, 2007. Contract funds will expire fiscal year 2005. Proposals were solicited on the WEB with five responses. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-05-D-0449).
