CONTRACTS

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

SNC Telecommunications, LLC dba SNC Manufacturing, Anchorage, Alaska, *(small disadvantaged business in HUBZone), is being awarded a maximum $24,745,200 firm fixed price indefinite delivery/quantity contract for chemical protective coveralls for the Air Force. Contract will also be performed in Orocovis, Puerto Rico. This is a total set aside base year contract with two term options for 2 years. Performance completion date is Dec. 14, 2006. Contract funds will expire fiscal year 2006. This is a sole source competition with one solicitation and one response. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Pa (SP0100-05-D-6042).

United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, Conn., is being awarded a maximum $144,017,865 firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for F-100 engine series spare parts and sole-source P/N J-52, TF-30, and TF-33 for the Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. This is a modification to contract # SP0400-01-D-9405 exercising its second option term period only to increase the total estimated contract dollar value. Performance completion date is February 15, 2006. There were two proposals submitted with one response. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Va. (SP0400-01-D-9405).

ARMY

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., was awarded on April 11, 2005, a $52,702,352 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for TOW 2A Missiles. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on July 15, 2002. The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-04-C-0061).

Honeywell International, Tempe, Ariz., was awarded on April 12, 2005, a delivery order amount of $10,070,492 as part of a $22,740,492 firm fixed price contract for hardware for the Utility Blackhawk UH-60 System. Work will be performed in Tempe, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were four bids solicited on Nov. 5, 2004, and one bid was received. The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-05-D-0131).

AM General L.L.C., Mishawaka, Ind., was awarded on April 13, 2005, a delivery order amount of $3,373,809 as part of a $79,394,444 firm fixed price contract for doors for the High Mobility Multi Wheeled Vehicle. Work will be performed in Cleveland, Ohio (78.6 percent) and Mishawaka, Ind. (21.4 percent), and is expected to be completed by April 15, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Feb. 18, 2004, and two bids were received. The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-05-D-0104).

GMA Cover Corp.*, Port Huron, Mich., was awarded on April 13, 2005, a delivery order amount of $191,338 as part of a $6,990,691 firm fixed price contract for Soft Top Part Kits for the High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle. Work will be performed in Port Huron, Mich., and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were three bids solicited on March 15, 2004, and one bid was received. The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-05-D-0128).

AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, Md., is being awarded a $12,289,976 firm fixed price contract modification. The Contractor shall provide nine sets of Wideband Klystron Power Amplifiers (WBKPA) kits and twenty-seven spares of WBKPA tubes. These items are option exercises. The locations of performance are Northrop Grumman Corp., Linthicum Heights, Md. (25 percent), and L3 Communications Corp., San Carlos, Calif. (75 percent). Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by August 2006. The Headquarters Electronics System Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (FA8704-04-C-0003-P-00006).

Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems, Clearfield, Utah, is being awarded a $7,725,052 firm fixed price contract modification. This action is for the Business Base Adjustment to the Propulsion Replacement Program Low Rate Initial Production Years I and II and Full Rate Production Years I and II. Total funds have been obligated. Negotiations were completed September 2004. The Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42610-98-C-0001).

Howmet Corp., Winsted, Conn., is being awarded a $5,234,400 firm fixed price contract to provide for Blade Turbine Rotor, Air Force Requirements Applicable to F101-GE-102 Engine. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by November 2005. Solicitation began December 2004 and negotiations were completed January 2005. The Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (FA8104-05-C-0069).

NAVY

W.D. Enterprises Inc., Wichita, Kan., is being awarded a $9,009,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity service contract for fire watch and general labor services for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This contract includes two options, which if exercised, bring the total estimated value of the contract to $27,027,000. Work will be performed in Bremerton, Wash., and is expected to be completed by April 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by posting to Navy Electronic Commerce Online and was available to all small businesses. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is the contracting activity (N00406-05-D-5050).

Raytheon Co., Missile Systems Div., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $6,100,000 firm fixed price contract for non-recurring engineering services associated with establishment of a production line for High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Command Launch Computers for the F/A-18E/F. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed in March 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00421-05-C-0048).
