CONTRACTS
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Constellation New Energy, Chicago, Ill., is being awarded a maximum $24,704,647 firm fixed price contract for federal civilian agencies for electricity. Location of performance is Batavia, Ill. Performance completion date is December 2006. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Twenty-nine proposals were solicited and seven responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-8024).
AIR FORCE
Composite Engineering, Sacramento, Calif., is being awarded a $19,823,973 firm fixed price contract modification to provide for Air Force Subscale Aerial Target, Exercise of Low Rate Initial Production Option for Lot 2 (quantity of 36 AFSATs) and the procurement of Exhibit B-Data. No funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by March 2007. The Headquarters Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (F08635-02-C-0005, P00019).
