AIR FORCE

Aerospace Engineering Spectrum, Ogden, Utah; Arinc Engineering Services, Annapolis, Md.; Battelle Columbus Operations, Columbia, Ohio; Dynamics Research Corp., Midwest Oklahoma, Sverdrup Technology, Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Karta Technologies, San Antonio, Texas, Manufacturing Technology, Fort Walton, Fla., Northrop Grumman, Fairfax, Va.; Southwest Research Institute, San Antonio, Texas; and Support Systems Associates, Melbourne, Fla. is being awarded a $1,900,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for Engineering and technical services in support of the Design and Engineering Support Program II to support all AFMC weapon systems, subsystems, and related processes. The Design and Engineering Support Program II contracts will address technical areas such as: Laboratory Services, Technical Documentation, Courseware Development, Systems Design, Engineering, Development, software/Firmware, Maintenance, Repair, Operational Support, Process Modeling, Analysis, Re-Engineering, Environmental, Health, and Safety. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than the amount above. At this time, $50,000 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be complete by June 2012. Solicitation began October 2004 and negotiations were completed May 2005. The Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8222-05-D-0001, 0010).

ARMY

Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Vehicle System L.P., Sealy, Texas, was awarded on June 28, 2005, a $219,146,920 modification to a firm-fixed-price and cost-reimbursement contract for the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicle Trucks and Trailers. Work will be performed in Sealy, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 15, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were two bids solicited on Aug. 15, 2002, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-03-C-S023).

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on June 28, 2005, a $63,642,475 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for Unique Configuration, Aircraft Warranty, Contractor Support, Manuals, Training, Tools, and Test Equipment, and Aircraft Support Equipment for the UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on March 3, 2005. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-02-C-0006).

McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Mesa, Ariz., was awarded on June 27, 2005, a $41,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Reset of Apache AH-64 Helicopters. Work will be performed in Mesa, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on April 14, 2005. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-05-C-0199).

Kiewit Construction Co., Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded on June 27, 2005, a $29,177,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Design and Construction of a Large Airframe Maintenance Hangar and C-17 Support Utilities. Work will be performed at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 42 bids solicited on Nov. 29, 2004, and six bids were received. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Elmendorf, Alaska, is the contracting activity (W911KB-05-C-0014).

Allison Transmission Division General Motors, Indianapolis, Ind., was awarded on June 27, 2005, a $13,595,547 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for Zero-Timed X1100-3B Transmissions in Support of the System Enhancement Package Retrofit Program. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind., and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on May 13, 2005. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-N040).

Bates Engineers/Contractors Inc.*, Bainbridge, Ga., was awarded on June 27, 2005, a $13,445,500 firm-fixed-price contract for Design and Construction of a Helicopter Maintenance Hangar. Work will be performed at Fort Rucker, Ala., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 28, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. General Dynamics, Marion, Ill., was awarded on June 28, 2005, an $11,838,641 firm-fixed-price contract for M788 30mm Target Practices and M848 30mm Dummies. Work will be performed in Marion, Ill., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Select Energy, Berlin, Conn., is being awarded a maximum $56,772,386 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas for various Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies. Other locations of performance are Mass., Pa., R. I., and N. H. Performance completion date is Sept. 30, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Seminole Energy Services, LLC, Tulsa, Okla., is being awarded a maximum $45,571,613 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas for various Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies. Performance completion date is Sept. 30, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 167 proposals solicited and 30 responded. Colonial Energy Inc., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a maximum $39,389,204 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas for various Department of Defense and Federal Civilian Agencies. Other locations of performance are N. Y., N. J., and Conn. Performance completion date is Sept. 30, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Pepco Energy Services, Arlington, Va., is being awarded a maximum $15,911,317 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas for Army. Other location of performance is Fort Riley, Kan. Performance completion date is Sept. 20, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Tiger Natural Gas, Tulsa, Okla., is being awarded a maximum $15,359,883 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas for various Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies. Performance completion date is Sept. 30, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 167 proposals solicited and 30 responded. NAVY

Advanced Information Engineering Services, Inc., Buffalo, N.Y., is being awarded a $13,338,385 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-01-C-0086) to exercise an option for engineering and technical services in support of the Naval Force Aircraft Test Squadron, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., including operations, scheduling, engineering, and aircrew support. The estimated level of effort for this performance period is 215,400 hours. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in June 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Canadian Commercial Corp., Ottawa, Canada is being awarded a $5,074,985 firm- fixed-price delivery order against a previously awarded contract (M67854-01-D-3052) to provide 190,248 pairs of NBC defense gloves for the Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) program. Work will be performed in Quebec, Canada, and is expected to be completed in April 2007. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively awarded through full and open competition with 13 offers received. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.
