CONTRACTS

AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $272,700,000 fixed price incentive firm contract modification to provide for Low Rate Initial Production Lot 4 items: Four Global Hawk RQ-4B Production Air Vehicle with Enhanced-Integrated Sensor Suites; one Mission Control Element; one Launch Recovery Element, Support Equipment and Spares. At this time, $41,174,144 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be complete by July 2008. Solicitation began March 2004. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8620-04-C-3430).

Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co., Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $21,500,000 cost-plus award-fee contract modification. This procurement will incorporate new launch schedules for Defense Meteorological Satellite Program Satellite F-17 and Defense Meteorological Satellite Program Satellite F-19. The F-17 launch date will move from May 31, 2005 to Dec. 1, 2005 and the F-19 launch date will move from May 31, 2009 to Oct. 31, 2009. It also includes parallel Mini Inertial measurement Unit and Thermal Control Subsystem integration to the critical path for F-18 to meet an Oct. 31, 2007 launch date. At this time, $400,000 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be complete by December 2012. The Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-02-C-0003, P00049).

ARMY

Textron Marine & Land Systems, New Orleans, La., was awarded on June 30, 2005, an $86,922,864 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for Armored Security Vehicles. Work will be performed in New Orleans, La., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Sept. 23, 1994. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-99-C-S001).

AM General L.L.C., South Bend, Ind., was awarded on July 11, 2005, a $19,011,990 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1114 Chassis for the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles. Work will be performed in South Bend, Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on July 17, 2000. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-S001).

OCCI Inc., Fulton, Mo., was awarded on July 11, 2005, a $7,790,800 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new concrete control station and miscellaneous mechanical and electrical work. Work will be performed in Tazewell, Ill., and is expected to be completed by May 30, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 71 bids solicited on March 11, 2005, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (W912EK-05-C-0069).

Kelly-Ryan Inc.*, Seattle, Wash., was awarded on July 11, 2005, a $100,000 increment as part of a $15,981,000 firm-fixed-price contract for harbor improvements. Work will be performed in False Pass, Alaska, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 20 bids solicited on April 29, 2004, and four bids were received. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, is the contracting activity (W911KB-05-C-0016).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Roche Laboratories Inc., Nutley, N.J., is being awarded a maximum $58,000,000 firm fixed price contract for Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps for Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules. This is a requirements contract with a base year and one option period. Performance completion date is Feb. 28, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were two proposals solicited and one responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0200-05-D-0009).

NAVY

Aviation Training Consulting, Limited Liability Corp., Altus, Okla., is being awarded a $28,000,000 ceiling-priced, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the development of mission task lists and curricula for Marine aviation platforms in support of the U.S. Marine Corps aviation training transformation. Work will be performed in Altus, Okla., and is expected to be completed in July 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity (N00019-05-D-0024).
