DEFENSE LOGISITC AGENCY

Amron International*, Vista, Calif., woman owned, is being awarded a maximum $130,000,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for prime vendor for the supply of lifesaving equipment, diving equipment, search and rescue equipment, safety gear, hyperbarics, tactical equipment, flight crew safety and deck crew safety items for Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Federal Civilian Agencies. This is a two-year base period contract with five, one-year option periods. Performance completion date is Aug. 5, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 21 proposals solicited and 10 responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0500-05-D-BP20).

Mar-Vel International*, Pennsauken, N.J., is being awarded a maximum $130,000,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for prime vendor for the supply of lifesaving equipment, diving equipment, search and rescue equipment, safety gear, hyperbarics, tactical equipment, flight crew safety and deck crew safety items for Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Federal Civilian Agencies. Sysco Food Services, Hampton Roads Inc., Suffolk Va., is being awarded a maximum $15,875,000 firm fixed price indefinite quality contract for full line food distribution for Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Federal Job Corps customers in the Mid Atlantic South region. Performance completion date is Sept. 6, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 18 proposals solicited and two responded. The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM300-05-D-3146).

AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill., is being awarded a $27,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract modification to provide for lightening pods for Navy, Army, and Marine Corps use. The pods are used on multi-platform aircraft. No funds have been obligated. Solicitation began July 2003. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8607-04-D-2751).
