Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was awarded July 29, 2005, a $477,101,260 cost-plus-fixed fee contract for engineering services to the command, control and communications and for the modification, maintenance and enhancement for avionics and the avionics architecture for following helicopters: CH-47, MH-47, MH-6, MH/UH-60 and other variants. The work will be performed at Rockwell Collins Cedar Rapids facilities and will be completed by Sept. 30, 2009. BAE Systems, York, Penn., was awarded Aug. 1, 2005, a $77,221,472 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the RESET (repair of desert-damaged equipment and vehicles) of 125 Man pads under armor/Linebacker Vehicles and associated Fleet Standard Modifications, and Blue Force Tracking mounting provisions. The work will be performed at BAE Systems facilities in York, Penn; Aiken, S.C.; San Jose, Calif.; and Fayette, Penn., and will be completed by March 6, 2006. AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $18,000,000 firm fixed price/cost-plus fixed fee contract modification to increase the funding/termination liability values for the month of July 2005 for F/A-22 Lot 5 Production Support/Annual Sustainment activities. The location of performance is Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga. At this time, $9,000,000 of the funds has been obligated. NAVY

BAE Systems, Armament Systems Division (formerly United Defense LP), Louisville, Ky., is being awarded a $14,010,274 cost-plus-fixed-fee task order under previously awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (N00024-04-G-4146) for the overhaul/conversion of two MK45 MOD 1 Gun Mounts to MOD 4 configuration. The MK 45 gun mount is a Navy ship surface weapon. Work will be performed in Louisville Ky., and is expected to be completed by March 2008. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment, Louisville, Ky., is the contracting activity.

APAC-SOUTHEAST Inc., Gulf Coast Division, Pensacola, Fla., is being awarded a maximum amount of $36,409,609, with a minimum guarantee of $100,000 (base period), firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the installation and repair of asphalt and concrete pavement within a 125-mile radius of Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola. This contract contains an option that, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of this contact to a not-to-exceed value of $158,156,043. Work will be performed primarily at NAS Pensacola, Pensacola, Fla. (92 percent); NAS Whiting Field, Milton, Fla. (2 percent); Naval Hospital Pensacola, Pensacola, Fla. (2 percent); Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Centers in Mobile, Ala. (2 percent); and NAS Panama City, Panama City, Fla. (2 percent). The term of the contract is not to exceed 48 months, with an expected completion date of August 2006 (August 2009 with options). Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the NAVFAC e-solicitation website with only one offer received. Lockheed Martin, Maritime Systems and Sensors, St. Paul, Minn., is being awarded a $14,484,552 firm-fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract, for the Navy's AN/UYQ-70 (V) Advanced Display System, related accessories, spares sets, upgrade kits, software and services. Work will be performed in Clearwater, Fla. (90 percent) and St. Paul, Minn. (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by July 2010. Contract funds will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $5,409,026 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract to exercise an option for the Fiscal Year 2005 Special Progressive Aircraft Rework of one VH-60N Executive Helicopter. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in December 2006. Contract funds in the amount of $5,386,035 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
