NAVY

General Electric Engineering Services Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $23,176,635 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-03-D-0013) to exercise an option for the standard depot level repair of T700-GE-401/401C turbo shaft engines, cold section modules, and power turbine modules. Work will be performed in Arkansas City, Kan., and is expected to be completed in August 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

Titan Corp., Marlton, N.J., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $9,339,835 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-02-C-3206) to exercise an option for systems engineering services in support of the Maritime Surveillance Aircraft Team for the U.S. Navy and the Government of the Netherlands. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in September 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This modification combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($8,979,835; 96 percent) and the Government of the Netherlands ($360,000; 4 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

ARMY

CyTerra Corp., Waltham, Mass., was awarded on Aug. 10, 2005, a $13,576,578 increment as part of a $38,015,413 firm-fixed-price contract for AN/PSS-14 Mine Detecting Sets. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by March 30, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on June 27, 2005. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Alexandria, Va., is the contracting activity (DAAB15-03-C-0025).

SRS-Kay & Kay Contracting L.L.C. (Joint Venture)*, Gallatin, Tenn., was awarded on Aug. 9, 2005, a $3,000,000 increment as part of a $7,980,760 firm-fixed-price contract for East Bank Approaches for two-lane highway and single track railroad bridges. Work will be performed in Grand Rivers, Ky., and is expected to be completed by March 11, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on May 17, 2005, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville, Tenn., is the contracting activity (W912P5-05-C-0007).

Southern Dredging Co. Inc.*, North Charleston, S.C., was awarded on Aug. 10, 2005, a $700,000 increment as part of a $6,178,700 firm-fixed-price contract for Maintenance Dredging of Wilmington Harbor. Work will be performed in Wilmington, N.C., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 15, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 15 bids solicited on June 28, 2005, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington, N.C., is the contracting activity (W912PM-05-C-0012).
