CONTRACTS

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Ft. Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $6,528,956,871 modification to re-baseline the previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee F-35 Joint Strike Fighter System Development and Demonstration contract (N00019-02-C-3002). The modification establishes the funding, technical requirements and schedule required to complete the re-baseline program and perform additional work associated with the integration of a P5 Combat Training System, Alternate Mission Equipment (AME) Survivability improvements, Shared Courseware Object Reference Model (SCORM) requirements, certification of the Precision Guided Bomb, and radar modifications. Work will be performed in Ft. Worth, Texas (75 percent); El Segundo, Calif. (15 percent); and Wharton, United Kingdom (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

MILCOM Systems Corp., Virginia Beach, Va., is being awarded a $9,900,000 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost plus, fixed fee, performance based contract (N65236-03-D-7842) for ship alteration, installation, and drafting services supporting C4ISR cryptologic, communications and intelligence systems. The cumulative value of this contract, including this modification is $49,014,978. Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C. (51 percent); Tidewater, Va. (23 percent); Jacksonville, Fla. (14 percent); and San Diego, Ca. (12 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with unlimited proposals solicited and four offers received via the Federal Business Opportunities website, and the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central website. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, S.C. is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire control, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $61,771,362 firm-fixed price, cost-plus fixed fee, cost reimbursement no fee, labor hour contract modification to provide for Aircrew Training and Rehearsal Support Program, Contractor Logistics Support for various Special Operations Forces Training Devices including database generation, engineering support, courseware development and instruction. The performance period is October 2005 through September 2006. The location of performance is the 58th Training Support Squadron, Kirtland Air Force Base, N. M. No funds have been obligated at this time. This work will be complete by September 2006. Negotiations were complete June 2000 (award date of basic contract with options). The Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah is the contracting activity. (F42630-00-C-0206/ P00180)

Aerospace Testing Alliance, Tullahoma, Tenn., is being awarded a $42,705,414 cost plus award fee contract modification for the operation, maintenance, information management, and support of Arnold Engineering Development Center for fiscal 2006. This increase results from a higher test workload in the facilities and increased maintenance, investment, and mission support requirements. The location of performance is Aerospace Testing Alliance, Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn. No funds have been obligated at this time. This work will be complete by September 2006. The Headquarters Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn. is the contracting activity. (F40600-03-C-0001/ P00066)

AMI Semiconductor Inc., Pocatello, Idaho, is being awarded a $6,655,894 technology investment agreement with cost share contract to provide for research to establish a viable, domestic manufacturing capability for commercial production of radiation hardened cryogenic read out integrated circuit. The location of performance is Anteon, Fairfax, Va. and Universal Technology, Dayton, Ohio. At this time, $3,327,947 has been obligated. This work will be completed by April 2007. Solicitations began February 2005 and four proposals were received. Negotiations were complete September 2005. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity. (FA8650-05-2-5506)

ARMY

Northrop Grumman, Linthicum, Md., was awarded on Sept. 30, 2005, a $24,575,987 firm-fixed-price contract for Vehicular Intercom Systems. Work will be performed in Linthicum, Md., and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Sept. 19, 2005. The Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (W15P7T-05-C-L613).

Contract Services Inc.*, Junction City, Kan., was awarded on Oct. 3, 2005, an $11,293,280 firm-fixed-price contract for Installation Level Logistics Support Services. Work will be performed at Fort Riley, Kan., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Dec. 1, 1999, and four bids were received. The Army Contracting Agency, Fort Riley, Kan., is the contracting activity (W911RX-06-C-0001).

Science Applications International Corp., Chantilly, Va., was awarded on Sept. 30, 2005, a delivery order amount of $7,383,829 as part of a $7,383,829 time and materials contract for Services to Collect Geospatial Intelligence Data. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., and is expected to be completed by July 26, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on July 21, 2005, and one bid was received. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, St. Louis, Mo., is the contracting activity (NMA302-03-D-0007).

Choctaw Archiving Enterprise*, San Antonio, Texas, was awarded on Sept. 30, 2005, a delivery order amount of $5,052,871 as part of a $90,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Acquisition of Clinical Social Services. Work will be performed in San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be completed by March 25, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Sept. 16, 2005, and one bid was received. The Defense Contracting Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (W74V8H-05-D-0045).
