CONTRACTS

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Systems Integration-Oswego, Oswego, N.Y., is being awarded a $76,593,533 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for non-recurring engineering services in support of Phase II of the MH-60S Airborne Mine Countermeasures System Development and Demonstration. Work will be performed in Oswego, N.Y., and is expected to be completed in March 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity (N00019-05-C-0048).

TITAN Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $16,576,119 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee level of effort contract (N00421-05-C-0009) to provide engineering and technical support services and supplies to design, develop, procure, prototype, modify, integrate, test and evaluate, install and provide logistics support for telecommunication and related communication-electronic (C-E) systems for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Special Communications Requirements Division. The estimated level of effort is 184,000 man-hours. Work will be performed in Lexington Park, Md. (80 percent); and St. Inigoes, Md. (20 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $6,978,879 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-03-C-0001) for one lot of steel and aluminum material and Guidance Electronic Unit Circuit Card assemblies in support of the fiscal 2006 AGM-154C Joint Stand-Off Weapon Block II Full Rate Production Program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed in February 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Manson Gulf L.L.C., Houma, La., was awarded on Oct. 10, 2005, an $11,731,550 firm-fixed-price contract for Chaimette Area Plan Emergency Restoration. Work will be performed in Houma, La., and is expected to be completed by April 1, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Oct. 5, 2005, and eight bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, La., is the contracting activity (W912P8-06-C-0004).
