CONTRACTS

 

AIR FORCE

 

            Lockheed Martin, Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $191,100,000 (not to exceed) firm fixed price contract modification.  This action provides long lead activities and Performance Based Agile Logistics Support (PALS) for F-22 Lot 6 aircraft and associated equipment.  This work will be complete in February 2006.  At this time, $95,359,000 has been obligated.  Negotiations were completed in December 2005.  The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8611-05-C-2850/P00008).

 

            Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $116,500,000 firm fixed price fee contract modification.  This action provides for F-22 Lot 6 Program Support/Annual Sustaining (PSAS), for period I through June 2006.  This work will be completed in June 2006.  At this time, $57,667,500 has been obligated.  Negotiations were completed in December 2005.  The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-97-C-0031/P00070).

 

NAVY

 

            C&S Services Inc., Waipahu, Hawaii; Marisco, Ltd., Kapolei, Hawaii; Pacific Shipyard International, LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii; Propulsion Controls Engineering Hawaii, Aiea, Hawaii; Q.E.D. Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, Va., are each being awarded a potential maximum of $15,000,000 for indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to provide repair, maintenance, and alteration to U.S. Government waterborne vessels (e.g., district craft, living barges, caissons, admiral barges, etc.) and surface ships (e.g., destroyers, cruisers, aircraft carriers, etc.) visiting or homeported in the Hawaiian Islands, and procure long lead time material in support of these activities.  Work will be performed in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by January 2011.  Contract funds in the amount of $10,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The contract was competitively procured and advertised via the Federal Business Opportunities Website, with 14 proposals solicited and seven offers received.  The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N55236-06-D-0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, 0007).
