TEC Inc., Charlottesville, Va., is being awarded a firm-fixed price, indefinite-quantity contract for environmental planning and engineering services for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Executive Order (EO) 12114, Environmental Effects Abroad of Major Federal Actions. The total contract amount is not to exceed $10,000,000 (base period and four options years) with a guaranteed minimum of $34,866. Work will be performed predominantly at, but not limited to, various Naval and Marine Corps installations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic’s area of responsibility, including the continental United States (including the adjacent waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans), the Caribbean, Europe and North Africa; however, task orders may be performed anywhere in the world.
