AIR FORCE
 
            Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas is being awarded a $143,100,000 firm-fixed price contract modification.  This is an undefinitized contract action for F-22 Lot 6 replacement test aircraft.  At this time, $17,007,000 has been obligated.  This work will be complete February 2010.   Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8611-05-C-2850/P00014).
 
            Lockheed Martin Advanced Technologies Laboratories, Cherry Hill, N.J., is being awarded a $21,676,066 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.  The Integrated Learning program will develop computer software, called an Integrated Learner, which learns general plans or processes from human users by being shown one example.  Integrated Learners will accomplish this by sources, including generating it by reasoning, in order to learn.  Applications include learning air-tasking-order planning or computer aided design processes.  The Integrated Learning technology will enable low-cost military decision/planning support systems.  At this time, $4,056,698 has been obligated.  This work will be complete September 2010.  Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8650-06-C-7605).
 
            Coleman Construction/All Cities Enterprises, Teaming Partners, Ray City, Ga., MAPCO, Inc., San Antonio, Texas is being awarded a $10,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.  This action provides for simplified acquisition of base engineering requirements.  The acquisition is for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property at Robins Air Force Base.  The contract maximum is $50,000,000 ($10,000,000 per year for the base year and four option years.  Delivery orders will range from $500 to $500,000).  The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although the actual requirements may be less than the amount above.  At this time, $500,000 (each contractor) has been obligated.  This work will be complete by May 2011.  The 78th Contracting Squadron, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity (FA8501-06-D-0003 and FA8501-06-D-0004).
 
 
            Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corp., Space Technology, Redondo Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $6,865,481 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.  This action provides
For: a) develop direct current efficient transceiver to minimize the prime power requirement of large aperture phased array platform; b) develop low-cost, low-mass module packaging solution to reduce the overall system weight; and c) advance both the device and packaging to technology readiness level five to support overall integrated sensor structure system development schedule.  At this time, $2,340,000 has been obligated.  This work will be complete by April 2008.  Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, N.Y., is the contracting activity (FA8750-06-C-0051).
 
ARMY
 
            Watterson/Davis (Joint Venture), Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded on May 1, 2006, a delivery order amount of $26,942,000 as part of a $159,675,219 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a barracks facility.  Work will be performed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and is expected to be completed by March 1, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were three bids solicited on Dec. 16, 2005, and two bids were received.  The U.S. Army Engineer District, Elmendorf, Alaska, is the contracting activity (DACA85-02-D-0011).
 
            Straub Construction Inc., Bonsall, Calif., was awarded on April 28, 2006, a $10,283,000 firm-fixed-price contract for additions and alterations to a weapons school facility.  Work will be performed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Oct. 28, 2005, and three bids were received.  The U.S. Army Engineer District, Los Angeles, Calif., is the contracting activity (W912PL-06-C-0006).
 
            Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, Owego, N.Y., was awarded on April 28, 2006, a $7,447,247 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for finalization of the system design and support testing of the design of the Light Armored Vehicle Upgrade Program.  Work will be performed in Owego, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were two bids solicited on March 3, 2006, and two bids were received.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-05-C-0383).
 
            CJP Associates*, Caribou, Maine, was awarded on April 27, 2006, a $6,432,890 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new boarder patrol station.  Work will be performed in Van Buren, Maine, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Feb. 21, 2006, and four bids were received.  The Army Corps of Engineers, Concord, Mass., is the contracting activity (W912WJ-06-C-0003).
 
            T.W. LaQuay Dredging Inc.*, Port Lavaca, Texas, was awarded on April 27, 2006, a $6,009,043 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging in Houston Ship Channel, Barbour’s Cut Terminal, Greens Bayou, and Morgan’s Point to Exxon.  Work will be performed in Harris, Texas (50 percent), and Chambers, Texas (50 percent), and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on March 17, 2006, and five bids were received.  The Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the contracting activity (W912HY-06-C-0023).
 
            Mike Hooks, Inc., Westlake, La., was awarded on April 28, 2006, a $5,440,000 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging.  Work will be performed in Plaquemines Parish, La., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 8, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on March 3, 2006, and three bids were received.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, La., is the contracting activity (W912P8-06-C-0143).
 
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
 
            Sanofi Pasteur Inc., Swiftwater, Pa., is being awarded a maximum $19,130,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the Influenza virus vaccine.  The using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.  There were 12 proposals solicited and 2 responded.  This is an indefinite quantity type contract of a one-year base contract.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The date of performance completion is Dec. 29, 2006.  The contracting activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Philadelphia, Pa (SP0200-06-D-0002).
