            Lockheed Martin, Orlando, Fla., was awarded on June 1, 2006, a $385,576,594 firm-fixed-price contract for the modernized target acquisition designation sight/pilot’s night vision sensor for the Apache aircraft.  Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Aug. 12, 2005.  The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-06-C-0169).
 
            Hellfire Systems L.L.C., Orlando, Fla., was awarded on May 25, 2006, a $133,516,013 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for the AGM-114K high explosive anti-tank, AGM-114N metal augmented charge warhead, AGM-114M blast fragmentation warhead, and TGM-M36E4 training guided Hellfire II Missiles.  Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed by Aug. 30, 2009.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Feb. 1, 2006.  The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-05-C-0221).
 
            Document and Packaging Brokers Inc.*, Pelham, Ala., was awarded on June 1, 2006, a delivery order amount of $40,633,954 as part of a $162,658,448 firm-fixed-price contract for marketing services and supplies.  Work will be performed in Pelham, Ala., and is expected to be completed by May 29, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on April 18, 2006.  The Army National Guard Bureau, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (W9133L-05-D-0011).
 
            Government Technology Services Inc., Chantilly, Va., was awarded on June 1, 2002, a delivery order amount of $23,981,645 as part of a $126,885,933 firm-fixed-price contract for Microsoft select variable software license for the family of existing Microsoft products.  Work will be performed in Falls Church, Va., and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on April 17, 2002.  The Defense Contracting Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (DASW01-02-F-1062).
 
            Harper Construction Co., Inc., San Diego, Calif., was awarded on June 1, 2006, a $20,969,438 firm-fixed-price contract for the removal and replacement of three and four bedroom residential units.  Work will be performed at Fort Sill, Okla., and is expected to be completed by July 5, 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on March 16, 2006, and one bid was received.  The Army Engineer District, Tulsa, Okla., is the contracting activity (W912BV-06-C-2009).
 
            MW Builders of Texas Inc., Temple, Texas, was awarded on May 31, 2006, a $19,932,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a vehicle maintenance facility.  Work will be performed at Fort Hood, Texas, and is expected to be completed by June 21, 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were 350 bids solicited on Feb. 10, 2006, and three bids were received.  The Army Engineer District, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9126G-06-C-0019).
 
            Christa Construction Co., Victor, N.Y., was awarded on June 1, 2006, a $7,698,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a visiting quarters facility.  Work will be performed at Niagara Air Reserve Base, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were 100 bids solicited on March 31, 2006, and eight bids were received.  The Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Ky., is the contracting activity (W912QR-06-C-0030).
