CONTRACTS
 
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
 
            Science Application International Corp., Fairfield, N.J., is being awarded a $1,050,000,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract for maintenance, repair and operations supplies. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies.  Contract is exercising third option year.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The original proposal was web solicited with 11 responses.  Date of performance completion is Sept. 17, 2008.  The contracting activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM500-02-D-0121).
 
            Hesco Bastion Ltd., Great Britian, is being awarded a $717,000,000.00 fixed price with economic price adjustment, bridge contract for Hesco Bastion Concertainer Defense Walls.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.  Contract is for a period of 90-days with two 90-day options.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Date of performance completion is Dec. 17, 2008.  The contracting activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM500-04-D-0239).
 
MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY
 
            COLSA Corp., of Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a $64,782,649 (maximum) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for a simulation facility, state-of-the-art computing resource, engineering services, and operation and maintenance support for missile defense. Work will be performed at Huntsville, Ala., and is expected to be complete by September 2009. Offers were solicited electronically and three proposals were received for this small business set-aside award. The contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. FY 07 research and development funds will be used. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama is the contracting activity (HQ0147-07-D-0002).
 
AIR FORCE
 
            The M7 Aerospace of San Antonio, Texas is being awarded a contract modification for $60,250,000. This action will exercise option IV, for fiscal-year 2008, in support of C-20 Contractor Logistics Support. At this time no funds have been obligated. Contracting activity is 727 ACSG, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. is the (FA8106-04-C-0003/P00135).
 
            Earth Tech, Inc., of Long Beach, Calif. is being awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for $50,000,000. This contract is for procuring architect-engineer environmental services for the Air Education and Training Command (AETC). The contract is to support the compliance, restoration, pollution prevention, conservation and other environmental programs. Task orders will be issued against the contract to satisfy AETC environmental requirements, such as environmental assessments, natural and cultural resources surveys, community relations plans. At this time $2,500 has been obligated. For more information please call (210) 652-7839. 727 ACSG, AETC CONS/LGCU, Randolph Air Force Base Texas is the contracting activity (RFP, FA3002-06-R-0036, Proposed Contract Number FA3001-07-D-0015).

NAVY
            Raytheon Co., McKinny, Texas, is being awarded a $14,951,527 cost-plus-fixed-fee research and development contract for the development of a Digital Array Radar X-Band (DAR-X) subarray.  The action will be incrementally funded with an initial obligation of $1,449,180. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas (65 percent) and McKinney, Texas (35 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $1,449,180 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under an Office of Navy Research Broad Agency Announcement 07-001, “Long Randy Broad Agency Announcement for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology” 13-Sep-06. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00014-C-07-C-0432). 
 
            York International Corp., York, Pa., is being awarded an $11,340,271 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for delivery of an estimated quantity of 15  250- ton air conditioning plant conversion kits, three sets ofauxiliary components for AOE Class ships, nine 130-ton air conditioning conversion kits and related technical data. The items are required to modify existing centrifugal compressor air conditioning plants, to operate with HFC-236fa refrigerant. Work will be performed in York, Pa., and is expected to be completed by September 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N65540-07-D-0007).
 
            EDO Corp., Lancaster, Calif., is being awarded a $10,064,956 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of six handheld aircraft wire testers and associated data. Work will be performed in Lancaster, Calif., and is expected to be completed in September 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals and eight offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335—07-D-0030).
 
            Compass Systems, Inc.*, Lexington Park, Md., is being awarded a $9,374,649 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-07-C-0011) to exercise an option for research and development for various command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting programs, sensors, mission and targeting systems, communication suites, and small aircraft vehicle systems. These efforts are in support of the roll-on roll-off sensor system for the Contingency Airborne Response Program. Work will be performed in Yuma, Ariz. (45 percent); Washington, D.C. (25 percent); Reston, Va. (25 percent), and Patuxent River, Md. (5 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
 
            Military Systems Group, Inc., Nashville, Tenn., is being awarded an estimated maximum $8,690,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for weapons mounts and associated accessories. The contract provides for a minimum guarantee of 1% of the contract award amount for each performance year.   This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the contract value to $13,192,000. Work will be performed in Nashville, Tenn., and is expected to be completed by September 2008 (September 2010 with options). Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was awarded based on a sole source acquisition. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity (M67854-07-D-1150).  
 
            Triton Services, Inc.*, Easton, Pa., is being awarded a $6,359,115 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement 94 Microwave Power Module (MPM) Amplifiers Type I-94 production units and engineering and technical support and repair services for one lot of MPM type I units. Work will be performed in Easton, Pa., and is expected to be completed in September 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals and three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-07-D-0016).
 
            Lockheed Martin Services, Inc., dba Lockheed Martin Aircraft & Logistics, Greenville, S.C., is being awarded a $6,013,664 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-05-G-0030) for procurement of seven defensive electronic countermeasures kits for Marine Corps and Navy C/KC-130J aircraft. Work will be performed in Greenville, S.C., and is expected to be completed in September 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
