AmeriQual Group, LLC, Evansville, Ind., is being awarded a $170,925,000.00 fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite quantity contract for MRE and HDR rations.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Federal Civilian Agencies.  There were 3 proposals originally solicited with 3 responses.  This contract is exercising the second option year.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Date of performance completion is December 31, 2008.  The contracting activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Philadelphia, Pa. Burlington Apparel Fabrics, Greensboro, N.C., is being awarded a maximum $6,343,680 modification to a firm fixed price indefinite delivery contract for polyester/wool serge cloth.  Using service is Air Force.  Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were 65 proposals originally solicited with 2 responses.  Date of performance completion is October 25, 2008.  The contracting activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Philadelphia, Pa. NAVY
 
                        L-3 Communications Corp., Arlington, Texas, is being awarded a $45,399,560 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-07-D-0100) to exercise an option for aircraft depot repairs and aircraft engine depot repairs, consumables and line replaceable unit supply support. Work will be performed in Everette, Wash. (35 percent); San Diego, Calif. (28 percent); Oklahoma City, Okla.(25 percent); Oceana, Va.,(2 percent); Atlanta, Ga.(2 percent); Willow Grove, Pa. (2 percent); Whidbey Island, Wash.(2 percent); Cherry Point, N.C.(2 percent) and Belleville, Ill.(2 percent), and is expected to be completed in November 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
 
            Boeing Aerospace Corp., Oklahoma City, Okla., is being awarded an $8,950,845 modification to a previously awarded time-and-materials, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N68936-06-D-0002) to exercise an option on for contractor engineering technical services in support of F/A-18, AV-8B, F-22, F-15, C-17, C-32, C-40, and KC-135 aircraft and associated systems. The estimated level of effort for this option period is 43,512 man hours. This contract provides for and combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (20,849 man hours/$4,288,945; 48 percent); the U.S. Air Force (18,130 man hours/$3,729,518; 42 percent); the Government of Kuwait (2,720 man hours/$559,429; 6 percent); and the Government of Malaysia (1,813 man hours/$559,429; 6 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Westfield, Mass. (9 percent); Great Falls, Mont. (9 percent); Miramar, Calif. (8 percent); Beaufort, S.C. (6 percent); Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. (6 percent); Oceana, Va. (6 percent); Kuwait (6 percent); Andrews Air Force Base, Md. (4 percent); Cherry Point, N.C. (4 percent); Fort Worth, Texas (4 percent); Langley, Va. (4 percent); Pensacola, Fla. (4 percent); Yuma, Ariz. (4 percent); Malaysia (4 percent); Grottaglie, Italy (2 percent); Iwakuni, Japan (2 percent); Lemoore, Calif. (2 percent); New Orleans, La. (2 percent); Portland, Ore. (2 percent); Rota, Spain (2 percent); Selfridge, Mich. (2 percent); Seymour-Johnson, N.C. (2 percent); Sioux City, Iowa (2 percent); St. Louis, Mo. (2 percent); and Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. (2 percent), and work is expected to be completed in June 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Calif., is the contracting activity.
