Raytheon Missile Systems of Tucson, AZ., is being awarded a $25,537,975 cost-plus-award-fee sole source contract modification to revise the statement of work for the manufacture of twenty-nine SM-3 Block IA missiles (9, Foreign Military Sales) plus one set of spare sections for the aegis ballistic missile defense program. The principle place of performance is Tucson, AZ. Work will also be performed in Elkton, MD. by a major subcontractor, Alliant Techsystems, Incorporated and is expected to be complete by July 2008. BAE Systems, York, Pa., was awarded on Nov. 15, 2007, a 14,765,553 cost reimbursement contract for materials for M2A3 and M3A3 reset. Work will be performed in York, Pa., and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems of Pittsfield, Massachusetts is being awarded Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Contract N00030-08-C-0041 in the amount of $91,322,561 to provide the FY2008 through FY2009 U.S. and U.K. Fire Control System and the U.S. SSGN Attack Weapon Control System (AWCS). Specific efforts include U.S. and U.K. operational support, repair, installation, and checkout; Mod 6/7 development and production; Mod 8/9 development; Engineered Refueling Overhaul Support; Training Unique Development; AWCS; Auxiliary Systems Tech Refresh; AWCS Mod 0 updates; Conventional TRIDENT Modification (CTM) development; and Mk 6 Life Extension development. ITT Industries, Van Nuys, Calif., is being awarded a $14,212,378 modification to exercise an option under previously awarded contract N00024-06-C-5204, for the radar obsolescence availability recovery program for the AN/SPS-48E Radar System. The modification provides for procurement of engineering and technical services to design, integrate and test the AN/SPS-48G(V) Radar System upgrade. Work will be performed in Van Nuys, Calif., and is expected to be completed in June 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
